Wonderful to find a product that is Expectorant only ...! When a suppressant is added it can make it more difficult to expel excess phlegm. This works really well to help your body help itself . Prompt delivery as well ! I’ll be buying again

This product is just like original Robitussin expectorant and it works just as well. If your cold symptom is thick phlegm that is hard to cough up, expectorant makes it more watery and easy to cough up. This may be the last supplier of expectorant (guaifenesin) syrup WITHOUT added DM dextromethorphan, a cough "suppressant. DM dextromethorphan is very bad for me as a cough suppressant, it works for a very short time then has a bad rebound effect where I get a stabbing tickle in my throat causing uncontrollable severe cough, worse than before I took it. When you order, do not get the DM version by mistake unless you want it. The only thing I have against this product is the price recently doubled. Robitussin and competing house brands seem to have discontinued this product and now only offer it with DM. If this product (syrup) is discontinued, the good active ingredient guaifenesin is also available in tablet form but at high dose or time release. A good dose is 200mg in 10ml or two teaspoons syrup. The tablets start at 400mg so I guess I could start with 1/2 tablet.

Works great with all the other ingredients that dry you out. Highly recommend

Seller is showing an 8oz bottle ! What you get is 4oz , yes it does say 4oz further down but I went by the picture shown !

I like the tussinex without the DM . It seems to be hard to find in stores . So i order it through Amazon
