SAVE YOUR MONEY - buy a LifeProof or Otterbox case. I purchased both the RhinoShield impact protector screen and case shortly after replacing my cracked iPhone screen. One month later, my phone slipped out of my pocket while seated at the dinner table and landed on hardwood floor. As you can see from the attached picture, my phone screen cracked again - on the very first test of these products. Neither the impact protector or the bumper case actually did what was promised. After contacting costumer service, I was informed that the product had no warranty to handle something like this and that - in any case - it wasn't the product's fault since the point of impact was beyond the protective screen. (A) I'm not sure how they could tell for sure that the impact was beyond the screen, (b) even if it was, should the bumper of the case and the screen together protect the screen, and (c) why would you make a product that doesn't actually protect the whole surface of the screen. Seriously, buy another brand. These protective elements were completely useless.

This case seems well made -- stiffer than I expected for something this size, compared to other cases I've had in the past -- and fits extremely well. It seems to provide some solid protection and the back keeps the camera off desks and counters when I set it down. On the other side, there's a lip around the screen, but the case is still very thin, not much thicker than the bare phone. It fits in my pocket easily, and ports are accessible -- my third-party lightning cable and headphones fit easily. Buttons are a bit stiff but seem to loosen up a bit after some use, or I just got used to them.I haven't evaluated the full 11 foot drop (and the case comes with documentation recommending that you don't), but you can find reviews online where people have, which is how I ended up buying it after a lot of research. I've inadvertently dropped the phone a foot or so onto a desk since putting the case on about a week ago, and it seems solid. To be honest, I don't feel -great- about the prospect of dropping it on the sidewalk as I walk or something like that, but available evidence seems to suggest it's more resilient than its size would suggest.I also haven't experienced the problem some people mentioned with the back being slick. It's much less slick than the iPhone itself, at any rate, and it doesn't feel especially slippery to me -- it's smooth plastic, but easy to grip. I feel comfortable waving the phone around and don't have any sense that it's about to slip out of my grip.About the only complaint I have, and it's really minor, is that the mute switch is tricky to reach if you don't have fingernails. I've got fairly slim fingers and it still takes a little pushing and nudging to get at the thing. (On the other hand, if you want to avoid hitting it by mistake, this could be a plus?)

This is a GREAT case. Essentially, I would imagine that this is what we expected from the otterbox symmetry. Much slimmer than the symmetry, and not nearly as wide as a tech 21 case, all while providing the same if not superior protection at a very similar price point. The case is a bit slippery, but not too bad. I would think that this has to do with the material required in order to give it the drop protection rating that it has. I've owned several cases for this phone , and this is by far the best all around. The only other case I can recommend (in a different class of cases) is the mophie juice pack reserve, which I love just as much as this case. If you're looking for a slim, durable case for everyday use, I highly recommend this one!

I have used a rhinoshield case for my 6s for 3-4 years and it has performed without fail! I have had at least a hundred drops throughout that time with the landings varying from the corners to flat on the backs and fronts and it has never cracked one bit! The matte finish is succeptable to scratching off but if you're carefull it wouldn't be a problem. After 3-4 years of daily abuse I have bought a new one and it feels exactly like my old one does now and i am going to continue to use rhinoshield for as long as they have product out for the phones i intend to own. Rhinoshield you now have a customer for life.

I don't know what the complaint is about but this is the strongest and toughest case I've ever had and used. My last case, UAG tough armor was nice and tough but RhinoShield is even more tough and almost kind of unbelievable because of how thin it is. It's more thin than UAG, Slim Armor, and Neo Hybrid but it's stronger than all 3. I was playing outdoor basketball and wanted to see if this case was tough so I threw the case on concrete while standing on a bench (9ft in total height) and still my phone was UN damaged. In the end this is the most near perfect case, it's thin, indestructible and amazing for the price.

I feel disappointed after searching so meticulously for the right case and reading so many positive things about the Rhinoshield. However after just a couple of months of proper use (no falling or crashes), it appears breaking in the curvy part of the case, one single crack that is growing bigger. So sad cause it appears to be the right choice.

The RhinoShield PlayProof is an amazing case. In fact out of all the cases I own this one seems to be the one that I have on my phone the most. It's a slim case that appeals to minimalist like myself. Usually with slim attractive cases like these they tend to not be very protective but these are really protective! I am a very clumsy person so a cracked screen is nothing new but out of the 20 or so times i dropped my phone with this case I haven't even see a hairline of a scratch. The phone case is capable of being dropped of 11.5 feet. Although I cannot defend this claim i certainly know it can protect my phone from about 6 feet. The only reason i am giving this phone case a review of 4 stars is because of it's matte design. I have no problem with it's appearance I actually think the matte design is the reason I enjoy the case so much, but it tends to be slippery. It doesn't bother me so much as the case is extremely protective but it is a problem that could be improved upon. The RhinoShield PlayProof is a great case if your clumsy and need a case this one is the best!

It's sleek, fits the iPhone 6S perfectly, and seems to be pretty tough. It is a little slippery, and not very "grippy", so this might be something to bear in mind with plus phones. IT resists scratches against coins and keys, but it will scratch with things harder than that... And once scratched there is some some of coating that starts to abrade away. No idea if this affects structural integrity.

Assuming this will survive an 11ft drop - and the evidence on the internet is that it will - this is an exceptional buy. Very slim design does not mask the iPhone at all. Slides easily in and out of my waterproof walking case but is comfortable and firm to hold. Could not have asked for better - and at a reasonable price

I'm very picky when it comes to phone cases, typically owning 6-8 per phone, but this one has hit the spot. It's thin and light, buttons are nice and clicky, and I have complete confidence that my phone is well protected. Would absolutely recommend and buy again! I will look for the same line of phone cases for future phones too. Excellent!

My iPhone 5s was having the upgrade-me syndrome and the iPhone 7 didn't hit the spot for me so, I picked an iPhone 6s and saved myself a few couple of hundreds.Out for the pursue of a new case, I started right at the phone dealer store but, as with other local stores I visited, there are too many cheap or over-priced cases out there...I wanted: a plain, compact, solid, reasonably-priced, smooth but still "grippy" case that will preserve the shape of the phone, fit in my pocket and allow me to handle the phone with one hand.After long hours of online research I ended up buying the Speck Products CandyShell Case for iPhone 6/6S-Retail Packaging-Clear/Clear. Overall, it fulfilled all my requirements but, I wasn't happy with it because, it was very slippy and it felt a bit big for one-hand handling.More dead hours of online research lead me to a pretty good review about the RhinoShield on "Mobile Reviews Eh" website and, honestly, I couldn't be any happier.This case fits snugly around the phone. I don't think you can find anything tighter or more compact than this. It's very smooth and, even though it's black, it's preserves very nicely the shape of the phone. Some reviews mention it was a bit slippy but, the matte surface makes it quite grippable and keeps fingerprints away.I've been using this case for a month and, although I haven't dropped my phone, if it's as resistant as the reviews say, I think I've found the best case! Ho acquistato questa cover in seguito ad una caduta fatta dal mio iPhon in cuio si è rotto lo schermo. Da quando ho preso questa cover, ha fatto voli peggiori, ma MAI un graffio.Partiamo con il dire che il telefono è difficile da inserire o estrarre prorpio perchè la cover avvolge molto bene il telefono. Ha una scocca esterna di plastica molto dura, con un rivestimento leggermente gommato; all'interno invece c'è una cover assorbi impatti con una trama a nido d'ape che aiuta ad assorbire gli urti e proteggere il telefonoIl bordo gommato avvolge fin sopra al display così da proteggere il telefono nel caso cada di piatto sul display.La cover nel complesso ha un certo peso e spessore (non è un mattone, ma di sicuro più di normali cover in silicone o TPU). L'unica "pecca" sono i fori per jack e connettore lightning che se avete caricatori o jack delle cuffie troppo grossi non entrano. Io la usavo tranquillamente con cavetti della SyncWire e cuffie normali, non Apple, e non ho avuto problemi.Il prezzo è un po' alto rispetto ad altre cover in vendita, ma di sicuro per la protezione che offre li vale tutti.Consiglio l'acquisto a chiunque cerchi una cover dal design semplice e ci tenga alla sicurezza del proprio telefono

Rhinoshield steht für hochwertige Handyhüllen - naja sollte man meinen und hat bei uns leider nicht geklappt. Nach einigen Monaten treten Ermüdungserscheinungen auf. Soweit so gut bei dem Image ist das Problem voraussichtlich einfach zu lösen - sollte man meinen. Leider ein Trugschluss wie sich herausstellt, nicht nur der Kontaktweg ist abenteuerlich, sondern auch die Bereitschaft auf kostenfreien Ersatz nicht existent. Im Detail heißt das die Reklamation über Amazon nicht funktioniert, die muss noch ein zweites Mal über Rhinoshield eingegeben werden. Die Hülle gibt es leider nicht mehr in der Farbe somit wird man verpflichtet eine Farbe aus dem Restbestand zu wählen - Alternativen sind ausgeschlossen denn es gibt die AGB, dort steht nämlich das man mit dem Rest zufrieden sein muss. Wenn dem noch nicht genug wäre wird der Artikel nur getauscht, wenn DER KUNDE die VERSANDKOSTEN übernimmt.Tja, so bleibt nur festzuhalten das leider weder der Artikel hochwertig ist, noch der Kundenservice - schade aber so ist Sie die Realität manchmal - hart :-)

This was a well reviewed case and I have been happy with it, especially for its very slim fit (I am used to an otter box defender in my old iPhone 4s - great but rather bulky).My only complaint is that the case is rather slippery - apparently they used to make a case in a finish called "leather" which was far more tactile so that the phone wouldn't slip out of your hand. My phone is an older refurbished unit and that case for that phone is apparently no longer available - a pity. I might have to put a strip of hockey stick tape on the back to fix the problem (I am from Canada after all). The first criterion in drop protection should be prevention: to help the user not drop it in the first place.Still, the case fits like a glove, preserving the phone's slim lines, and as I mentioned the reviews said, offers peerless protection for drops and bumps.

This is an awesome case as it helped my phone survive a drop from a desk, while landing face down. This case is the thinnest heavy duty case that I have ever used. I can’t think of anything better than this case. But it is a little slippery, other than that it is very good.

No estoy del todo satisfecha con este producto.Si bien parece que protege el dispositivo móvil de golpes y caídas (no ha llegado a experimentar una caída fuerte todavía), los bordes de la funda se han oscurecido en cuestión de una semana. He tratado de limpiarla, pero hasta la fecha no he tenido éxito.Tal vez en negro hubiera sido una mejor elección.

One of the best cases I’ve ever had. Super tough and low profile. Just please remove your branding from the side as it’s the only think holding this case back from looking completely uniform.
