Great fit. Had to make some adjustments on my end, but the parts were an exact fit. No hardware. So use your old or be prepped to buy new.

ALSO add, GOOACC GM Front Air Deflector Retainers Clips 15733971 for GM Chevrolet 15733971-15PCS for installation.

Fitment was good, but very thin material. I know it wont protect like the original peices.

Bolted up just fine to new bumber, also purchased on Amazon. Install tip: mount to bumper first then vehicle.Price better than a wrecking yard.

The brackets that attach directly to the bumper fit fine and worked great. The braces that attach to brackets and the frame of the truck did not fit. I was able to attach them, but not without it pulling the back corners of the bumper way down. I ended up using the old braces that worked just fine. Also, it does not come with any hardware. I used the old hardware, too. It served its purpose and the quality seems good, but it didn't all fit right. My truck is a 2003 Silverado 1500HD.
