Amazing Chromebook.

A must buy!
We bought 2 chrombooks for our grandsons age 7 1/2 and 5. Their school schedules and loaned chrombooks from school, we (grandparents) decided to purchase this for them. Since they started using the chrombooks, they are learning both in the classroom (limited schedule) and at home (virtually) using them. The quality and durablity of these are on point. We would definitely purchase these again!

Bought for daughters school work
My daughter’s elementary school uses HP chrome books and we wanted a less expensive option at home for doing homework. This has fit the bill nicely. Same layout and functionality as the HP but at nearly 1/2 the cost when we bought it on sale. This unit has some level of ruggedization for shock and water resistance , which seems to make the buttons and touchpad a bit stiffer than her HP at school. The difference is noticeable but hasn’t been detrimental for her ability to use it.

It's a decent chromebook for using at home for school. it's not a laptop, but it does the job.
My Senior used it last year for school from home due to Covid and after spring break the year before. It served it's purpose. My child is incredibly bright in technological things, so this was a bit of a bummer to not be able to do what he loves to do, but we were pleased to be able to buy the technology for our boys and not have to bring one home from schoool.

It's all I need and undoubtedly more.
This Chromebook fulfilled every need that I have for a computer and for hundreds of dollars less than I spent in the past for a portable laptop computer. I wish the size were larger (it's small) but I connected it to a large screen monitor and all is good. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm technologically challenged and a Chromebook is perfect for my needs.

Good but not great
Meh! Its ok no touchscreen for this price is a little to much to bear. You might be better off with a lenovo flex 3 or an acer spin 311 they both have touchscreen while this doesn't, for around the same price if you shop around. Also 720p is meh without TS they could have had at least 1080p screen.

An Honest Bargain
It works with HDMI from USB C port and Samsung Desktop.There was even a little gift of ADATA 64 gb flash drive in the box. How nice. Thoughtful.

Network Unavailable
I have no idea how well this chrome book would have worked because we were unable to complete setup. It kept showing that it was connected to our WiFi and the signal strength was excellent, but was still throwing a "Network Unavailable" code. We were able to use the Chrome book in guest mode only to troubleshoot. After research and scrolling dozens of forums, it turns out that this is a common issue with this version of the Chrome OS, and so far, there is no permanent fix for it.
