This stuff is amazing!!! It is the strongest purple shampoo/Conditioner that I’ve ever used; it even comes with gloves 😳 just one wash weekly/bi-weekly and my hair is a silver like color which I never thought I’d like but I love it so much I’m actually getting my hair colored and toned with a tinge of lavender this Friday! My hair wasn’t really brassy to begin with and I think that’s why I achieved a silver color. I have gotten more compliments on my hair since I began using this stuff than I have ever gotten in my life; combined!!!

I’m surprised by any poor reviews, or the notice of frequent returns. I have dirty blond hair with bleached highlights. My hair tends to get a dull brassy look after a couple week, and this conditioner not only prevents that, but makes it look freshly toned from the salon. I definitely notice a purple tint if I leave it on too long, but anyone else says it just looks more silvery white, which I like. If you have darker blond or beyond hair, this isn’t for you. Purple is solely to tone brassiness on Light blonde hair. If you’re using it with any other color and expecting some magic result, don’t blame the product for your mistake. Highly recommend!

I personally did not notice a difference in my hair at all. But everyone hair is different. It could just be my hair but I have been using this for about 2 months, I use it about twice a week

I've been using this purple shampoo for several years now, and previously always how fabulous it was. Since my hair was always so healthy, and it worked well to keep the yellow out of my silver blonde. However, they must have changed their formula. I noticed that my hair was starting to break more (a lot), and couldn't figure out why (no health, diet, or water changes, and we keep our water softener full of salt). My hairdresser asked if I changed shampoos, and I mentioned that the color was off on my last bottle of purple shampoo. What had always been purple was now bright Smurf blue (my husband had even mentioned that it looked like someone murdered a Smurf in the shower). I had thought maybe I just got a bad bottle, but the next bottle was the same Smurf blue. She mentioned that she thought that the likely culprit. My hair used to be healthy, soft, and not oily when using this shampoo (I only wash my hair once a week). Now my hair is definitely not as healthy as evidenced by the breakage (yes, I do pull it back a lot, but not more than I used to), and it is MUCH more oily. Clearly whatever they did to their formula was not an improvement; at least for my hair. I will have to find a new shampoo because I won't be buying this one anymore!

The smell of the conditioner is like seaweed. And not necessarily the pleasant kind. The conditioner was also very blue, unlike the BoldUniq purple shampoo which I also got from a different seller. I absolutely love the shampoo. Not a fan of the conditioner. It was watery, even after shaking the bottle, and it did not feel like conditioner on my hair. I also noticed no benefit to using it at all, other than to make my hair smell weird. It wasn’t pungent or anything, but it definitely smells very different than the real deal shampoo. I just wonder if the conditioner I received was fake? BoldUniq always sends a cool package with eco-friendly words and is from Scotland. This conditioner I received just seemed odd. Maybe it was a bad lot/batch. I’ll give it three stars since maybe it did make the hair a little less orange — being blue… instead of the expected purple as it says on the label. That was okay since I used the purple shampoo to get rid of yellow. My hair was not soft after using this product, but wasn’t crunchy or anything. It was like using water, at least the bottle that I received.

It really works. I love this line of products, I use the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask. It did remove the yellow and red tones from my hair and it looks so much more natural. I definitely recommend this product if you have these same hair issues. I love my blond again. Also easy to use.
