Q: What is NPP ,LPP and NDSP 5

The NPP is a natural gas model and the LPP is a liquid propane model both will be a power pilot light which require no electricity to operate. The NDSP5 is a natural gas model which features a spark light. It would require 115 volts of electricity to operate.

Q: What are the ventilation requirements for an enclosed area like an outbuilding or garage?

This does not require ventilation .

Q: Does this come with mounting brackets?

No mounting hardware I bought some very light duty chain at hardware store to suspend from ceiling the heater is awesome

Q: How far down from a combustible surface does it have to hang, and how high above floor does it have to be?

The clearance from combustibles mounted horizontally at a 45 degree angle is 84" below the heater, 40" from the top of the heater, and 30" from the sides and back of the heater. Please see owners manual for additional installation information.
