Annin flags are the best and they are made in the USA. I just refuse to purchase an American flag or a Texas state flag that is made in China. I have an American Flag made by Annin for over 10 years and it has held up all these years. I've only had to replace the grommets because of the winds we had in the California desert where we had lived.. Since I now am "an honorary Texan" according to my husband I wanted a Texas flag to hang from our porch and I knew I wanted a flag made by Annin. I purchased from Amazon because the cost is a few dollars less than from Annin and now I will be able to show my pride as an American and display my 2 flags from my Texas porch. I received my flag on the first day of the suggested time frame and my new flag is beautifully made with bright colors and heavy nylon stitching all the way around. Of course I expect nothing less from Annin who makes superior flags.

We flew our flag for a relatively short period of time at our vacation home and the bottom hem came loose. The unsecured fabric then frayed. I sent photos to Annin, received a very nice and apologetic response, and they replaced the flag. We have not flown it yet, but I am sure that the stitching will be super secure and we will have no problems. We are trying to buy American made products when we can, and Annin Flagmakers company is just that!

This was my third Texas flag. It gets pretty windy where I'm at and it's hard on flags. The wind rips the stitching at the end of the flag and it unravels. So far the Annin flag is holding up great. The multiple stitching rows at the end of the flag have stood up well in the wind and it looks like it will far outlast it's competitors.

It appears be well made of quality materials, The colors are bright and color/Dyes are even across the product. I gave it a 3 star on Durability only because I have't had it that long in the elements so an updatewill come later.

I've gotten a number of flags on Amazon. Should have tried Annin already. Have had a few of the polyester foreign ones, some that claimed to be Nylon. they looked faded after a year, are heavier and don't fly as nice. I've had good stitching on some others, but the material has been "transparentish" I.e. you could all most see through the red or blue. This one is nice and solid, the stitching is probably and 8 out of 10. Color 10/10, Material 9/10. Made in USA 20/10!!! This is the best of any of the dozen flags I have had so far. The stitching on the Star part is a 9! The Star itself is fantastic. It comes in a nice box. Worth it, cheaper here than fea-bay.

This flag is beautiful and seems to be very well made. It has only been up a couple of months, so will have to wait and see how long it will last. But so far it is holding up nicely. We leave the flags up 24/7, we have a solar light to light them at night, so they take a good beating from the sun and wind. Love them so far!

I have bought several flags from differing mfgs. These are more durable and last longer. My flags fly 24-7/365. I was changing them every 3-4 months. Now it is closer to a year before they are not up to my standards and I have to retire them.Get your local Scouts to retire your flags. They have a ceremony every year to retire flags. Very impressive and is certainly better than putting them in the garbage. Honor and respect our flag.
