Cajun Fryer R&V Works 4 Gallon FF2-R Fish Chicken Shrimp Turkey French Fry Onion Ring Deep Cooker

I used this cooker for the first time last night. Everyone was very impressed with the operation and the taste of the fish we were frying. The down side was the piece part assembly. Many of the parts had sharp burrs on them and getting cut was a problem. The inside of the oil pot had weld splatter that is sharp and catches the cleaning rag while washing out after use. The painted unit came with paint missing on the handle, and more burrs. Over all a great performance unit that needs a better quality review prior to shipping. Use gloves while assembling and cleaning and check for loose slag (loose metal) from cutting plates. The only reason I gave this unit a low score is because of the manufacturing quality issues being a safety (cutting) problem. Great unit, fix quality issues.

It worked to perfection during a family fish fry. Looking forward to many more, with my R&V Works Cajun fish fryer. I love the easy clean up also.
