Sturdy
I bought this carrier to go food shopping while taking the bus. It's very sturdy, and been able to take off the bag makes it practical for carrying larger or odd shaped items from other stores. The only thing I didn't quite like in the beginning was that to fold it, you have to take the bag off. That said, the bag fits in my backpack, so it is still easy to take on the bus when I go shopping. Going back home, it takes extra space, so try to not go shopping when the buses are too crowded. But that's to be said of all grocery carriers.

Poor Quality | Doesn't Maneuver Easily
Overall, it's poor quality. It's wobbly and you cannot maneuver it very well. The handle is also too short. There is no way to prop it up easily once you put things on there. I have to hold the things on there while trying to prop it up at the same time. Kind of pointless to have this if it doesn't prop up easily.

Stair climbing cart
Opens / folds easily. Just step on bar and it opens / closes.Much easier than similar item that we had several years ago as storage cart.Requires only small amount of storage space.Works good on light items going up / down stairs. Not good for heavy items..

It's very compact and handy when it comes to delivering multiple boxes...
I like the idea of easing the climbing up and down stairs with a laod. It is very light weight and easy to store away. But the only downside of it is that is not sturdy enough. I'm a Delivery Driver and some of the boxes are heavy and it feels that the wheels are gonna break off or bent the dolly....

Light duty at best, but ok (not great, just ok)
Don’t plan on moving much with this. Made of thin Chinesum, it does have nylon locking nuts, which is a surprise. It comes with two little toy wrenches that are unfit for adult use. Give them to little Jimmy. Two wrenches fit two of the three sizes of nuts and bolts. The “instructions”—non-verbal—suck. I added extra photos so you can see enough to figure it out. There are four levels of duty for something like this: heavy duty, medium duty, light duty and Howdy Doody. This missed Howdy because of the locking nuts.

Versatile cart!
The media could not be loaded. We are moving out of our home pretty soon and due to covid are highly skeptical about letting in a lot of folks from moving company and are exploring if any of the moving can be done ourselves. I was really impressed to see amazon offering a cart for stairs that’s was too cool for me to not try and resist. This cart seems to be pretty durable and robust. It can fit small to medium sized boxes( don’t expect it to hold a refrigerator for example maybe small microwave). It does good on the stairs only worry is it can get loud while banging to the next lower stair. Load needs to be fastened to the main handle using stretchable hook rope which does a good job. It can be folded and slid under your bed or somewhere else( takes up little space). Like a suit case handles pop in and out and extend as they’re going thru which is smart design. I wish it were slightly bigger so I could haul larger boxes but it is truly apt for some jobs.

bad as a hand truck, even worse at stairs.
I wanted this to be everything, but it had difficulties performing both duties. As a hand truck, I wished the handle was longer. The teeth built into the plate for grip makes it impossible to slide under objects. As another reviewer stated, the movement isn’t as smooth cornering with 4 wheels, but these were all things I was hoping to look past because it climbs stairs.Only, it didn’t climb. It would have been easier with a regular 2 wheeled truck. The problem is the 3” roller blade type wheels. This cart would have no trouble on small curbs, but absolutely could not get over my basic apartment steps. This stair-climbing hand truck is such a great design. If only it performed better doing either task.

Sturdy and strong.
I like everything about it. It rolls well, carries a load, and goes up stairs easily. This is the fifth one of these I've bought and this one is by far the strongest and most sturdy. Highly recommend.
