I would say , the product is good. The packaging is good , the delivery was fast. The warranty was valid. The customer care was also very cooperative. Lately I faced some problem with the plastic over the ceramic plate. But the problem was solved by the customer care.If face any problem , the customer service is there to help out.

I had bought this in May and it has already stopped working in November. Lasted for barely 6 months - how different is it from Chinese products? WORST, WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER BUY PRESTIGE.

High quality product for rough use. Quality is best but you need all kind of "induction equipments" otherwise no one use it. Values for money 🤑💰🙏🏻
