It looks nice and simple to install, it appeared to be of a good quality plumbing fixture.

This is a fantastic product! It looks great. It was super affordable and my plumber said it was easy to install. I’ve seen similar items go for thousands. We were missing a part due to shipping issues (not the fault of the seller) and the company sent us the replacement part for free in a couple days and we’re super responsive, helpful and kind.

I bought this shower fixture for a basement bathroom. I needed a shorter pipe for the size of my shower and I wrote to the company asking if they could customize that part for me. They did, and sent me the customized part quickly after which I was able to install the fixture as you see in the picture. It has a nice finish and installed without any problems. I used plumbers tape on the joints and I had no leaks at any of the joints. I like the fixture alot but the look and functionality, and it was a good buy for the price. I recommend it!

This good quality the only item to complain about is the top bracket shows it midway down and in our outdoor bathroom that bracket needed to come down to secure it to a 3/4 wall. The builders worked around it and made an adjustment that allows it to work. Otherwise this would have gotten 5 stars.

Had this brass shower head installed in an outdoor bathroom on 10/2022. It’s been used 2-3 times and the finish looks badly discolored. Would not recommend. The finish will not remain nice for long sadly :(

This is on our outside shower. We have used it to bathe our dog about once a week for a couple of months now. Still works fine but I think I would like to have an on/off button on sprayer and more pressure coming out of it. Still looks good but it’s still new. Time will tell.

It is a nice clean and simple design.I liked that it was somewhat easy to install. You have to make sure that if you have pre-drilled holes in the tile, they line up with the new holder. Mine did not but was still able to put it up.I didn't like that it feels a bit flimsy. I had trouble at first installing it because it leaked. I took my time and was able to get it installed without any leaks so far.It was a bad purchase for the price.
