Good protein powder
This is a really good protein powder. It’s pricey but the flavour is good and it makes a difference

Good taste
Really good nutrition value. Only slight downside is it is too sweet for me. The upside is it is natural sweetener. I usually mix with some non sweetened (different brand) to reduce sweetness a bit. Love the vanilla flavour. The chocolate is good too.

Great alternative to whey protein
Add a banana and blend with some almond milk and you’ve got yourself a very versatile, high protein smoothie! A lot of the reviews are negative toward the taste but with most plant alternatives, taste is a huge compromise. Nothing a little extra fruit or nut butters can’t fix. I’ve tried a few vegan protein powders and this one is the most neutral tasting. I chose it because it doesn’t have any caffeine or soya, so it’s good for people with IBS symptoms. Honestly a banana makes all the difference!

New recipe isn’t as good
I’ve been using Vega protein powders for a long time now and used to love both the vanilla and chocolate. I bought this as the old jar wasn’t available anymore and I was expecting the same product but sadly the flavour is just not the same. I’m going to look for another brand now!

Shame they changed the formula, now tastes less chocolatey and more salty.

One of the best I’ve tried. Has a bit of a flowery after tase which took some getting used to but better than most of the ones I’ve tried. Will try other flavours.
