I got a new fuel tank in my boat and bought this as a back up when couldn't get my Suzuki gauge to work properly. Install is very straightforward, wired into my nav light switch for the gauge light (changing colors is cool), but for two weeks I was perplexed that the gauge read backwards. As I burned fuel, the gauge went the opposite towards "Full". After reading posts and the Chinese pigeon english instructions, you hold the back button for 3 seconds and click to select the right ohm setting. in 6 seconds, I got it right. For the money can't be this good VDO looking gauge.

Bought and installed a couple of years ago, and could never get it give an accurate reading. It suddenly stopped functioning completely, so I re-installed the old gauge, which works fine.

The wiring was tricky and the instructions could have been better since the color coding for marine wiring has changed over the years since 1977 when I bought the boat. I was lucky to get it right and working properly

Easy to install, fits nicely. Has a seal on back side of plug and under side of bevel. Back light is nice and bright. Adjustment is very easy, read F when installed with empty tank. Adjusted range for my fuel sending unit and worked perfectly after. No idea how it will hold up long term.

Used for diesel fuel tank, you are able to use the gauge on different ohm sending units is great.

It was great quality but it's only for single wire units didn't work on my as I need 2 wire plug as my sending unit have it's own ground not body ground.

Seems to be OK but too soon to tell , quality is good .

Wiring always a challenge finding sources but it works fine.
