Tena Youth Brief (Xs) 90/Case

We’ve been ordering these for my daughter for well over a year, maybe two. In the last couple months the product has changed…they are thinner, not as absorbent, and the tabs seem to have been moved as well-now they feel tighter around the leg. Not happy with them anymore.

Perfect sizing, Son with down syndrome and autism so needing to hold volume without getting too bulky. Too big for size 7 and was finding it hard to find a size for someone still this little yet. He’s about 60 pounds. Slender build

The youth version is a really good fit for my tall lean son. He's 10 now and been in this size since around 8 years old.At night, I use this diaper and a XXXL cloth diaper to hold it better in place. Between the two, we rarely have a night blow out. When we do it is usually because one of the diapers is put on wrong.During day, when we can change him more frequently, this diaper is excellent on its own.Weird that the next size up, the adult small, is a lesser quality.

These were for my 6yr old son that has special needs, that has out grown the diapers that were available to us in store. The TENA were too bulky between the legs for him, and the outside of the briefs has a plastic like outside to them which made them very hot for my son to wear.

I really like these briefs. My son is 12 yrs old & weighs 53 lbs and we use them for day & night time use.

My grandchild has cerebral palsy and uses these. We like them.

the manufacters size guidelines are not correct - did not work for 62 lbs child because the brief was took narrow through the hips
