Gorgeous bird! Bird itself is a tad over 3 inch. The overall size is correct at 5.25 inch. I would of paid $10 more for a slightly bigger version. But they only make in this size. Good enough.

Accurate but small
The falcon is nicely done with feathering in the detail. I like this piece but it would be a bit more grand if it were larger (perhaps a 10 or 11 inch tall model).
