Worked perfect
I didn't have any issues using this. Everything was in the box and nothing broke. If it does break after a few uses in the future, I'm still happy with the product because it's a lot cheaper than hiring a plumber. It did what I needed it to do and cleared the clog in the toilet. I set it at 4 on the pump and used it twice for good measure. The last time our toilet was clogged the bill was over $200.

Worked great until it broke!
This product worked better than a plunger for unclogging toilets. I used it a few times when the regular plunger wouldn't work. But then one day, after only a few uses, the plastic threaded toilet choke plug fastener ring cracked very easily, rendering the entire device useless! On top of this, there doesn't seem to be a warranty of any kind, nor any information about the manufacturer, Thinvik. I can't find a website for them anywhere or any way to contact them. This information was not included with the product. So ultimately this was a waste of $30 and a waste of my time and damage to my wall installing the mounting bracket. It's a shame because before it broke it really did work when the regular plunger didn't. If only they made that ring out of metal instead of cheap plastic.

Works when most others fail!
I work in home improvement field. Had a "power plunger" that is getting at the end of it's life and needed replaced. This thing works, and is a better design. First use was at elderly parents home, that always have issues with interconnected bathrooms. Sealed all outlets in both bathrooms and used this on the offending sink. Worked first time and pressure sprayed out sink in other bathroom. Will be using this baby from now on, impressed at ease of use and effectiveness.

You get what you pay for
We didn't expect it to be perfect. But really doesn't out of box. We had to wrap electrical tape at bottom AFTER snapping black tightening nut on to allow for a tight fit and able to use product. Otherwise, any little bit of tightening force pops the nut off.Haven't tried it sinks because on clogzilla strikes in our household.

Surprising how nicely it works
The product itself is very easy and nice to use…however the attachments are less then desirable to work with or attach and the instructions are also not the best either.

This works great for clearing the shower drain.
This is easy to use and will save you money. No more calls to the plumber to clear my drains. We even bought them for Christmas presents last year!

Couldn't give it less than 1 star
Biggest waste of money there is. I have a regular plunger which works fine, but I've noticed I had to use it more often than usual lately, my guess is my son throwing q-tips and baby wipes in there after numerous times of being told not to. So after a short video I thought maybe this gizmo would help clear all that out. So it arrived today and I was excited to maybe fix my issue once and for all, and wouldn't need to continously use my old wood handle plunger every time we deuce around here. So I read these instructions which I found comical in itself. But easy enough. I pump the sucker up which is actually a little hard by hand and you have to use a little rubber foot, then swap the foot out with the attachment you wish to use. So I do that, slap the John attachment on and give it a good blast. This gunk build up laughs at me, no water drains or nothing. Just sounded sort of like a fart under water. So I figure I'll pull this sucker out and pump it up and hit him with another shot, the ole 1-2 combo. No joke, as I was pulling it out of the hole the attachment was broke in 2 pieces. First time use.So hoping I at least cleared up the gunk a little, I try to flush the toilet, and still needed to use the old plunger. The only thing this tool managed to do was make me appreciate my old plunger.

Does Not Meet As Advertised
Pros - well made - easy to assembleCons - Manually pumping to get results took over 20 tries. No base for resting.Recommend Battery or plug option for air release.Versus actually plunger 3 tries .
