Overall good chair
Chair is well built and comfortable for my big ass. Only complaint is the message part lasted about 5 days. No biggie because I did not even know it had it until I put it together.

Great chair
If you are looking for a sturdy comfortable chair this should fit the bill. I have had it for a couple of months now and still love it. It roll easily and the cover material is soft and supple like a leather chair. If you are getting it for the massage feature it is not very strong through the padding etc but it does have great lower back support when sitting back in the chair. If you are looking for a chair that is roomy and comfortable this is it.

One of the easiest office chairs I have ever assembled
As stated in the headline, this was one of the easiest office chairs I have put together. The allen wrench tool with the t-top made tightening all of the screws super easy, I am can't believe this is the first time I have run into it.The chair is pretty comfortable as of right now. I will need to give it more time to make a final verdict. I wish I could tilt the seat pan upwards a bit, but I think I would need a much more expensive chair for that type of feature. The only bad note I have is the P3 Extension Cord for the massage element is broken. The USB connection end has been smashed where it will not fit into any USB port. The box did arrive pretty banged up, dirty, and unsealed (the top of the box was not taped shut). This effectively makes the massager aspect inoperable. The other concern I had was there were those little silica beads that I believe are used for moisture absorption scattered within the plastic bags that held the seat cushion and backing (I am use to them being in self contained packets). Once I saw then, even trying to be careful I got them all over the place. Not an ideal situation for a household with pets and children.I will of course update if I get reached out to about the broken usb cable as well as update my feelings on the support and comfort once I spend some more time with the chair.*** Update ***I heard a snapping sound at some point and found some metal fragments that when placed together look to form some sort of circle. Since that happened the seat is very wobbly unless I have the bar slid in to lock the ability to lean back. The cushion is not very supportive and the piston is occasionally giving out (I am in the low 300's). The arms have permanent dents where my arms are mostly and are no longer comfortable. I have not been able to find a way to contact the seller so I would say do not buy this product.

Good chair. Love the massage feature. Leaked after 9 months.
The chair is very comfortable. The massager works well. The cylinder leaked last week for the first time. I raised it back up, but it leaked down again. I spun the chair around on its swivel a few times, sat in it and lowered it as low as it would go, then got out of it and raised it up hard all the way. It hasn't leaked since, but in case it does I have ordered this from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C7VY2MX1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - to permanently fix it in the highest position where I want it.

Surprisingly comfortable and sturdy for the price
With having to work from home, we have found the need for comfy chairs while languishing in front of our respective computers for hours at a time (plus...you know....GAMING!)...I had previously been using a $300+ Lazy Boy Big and Tall chair. For the record, I'm 6'4 260lbs and an avid weight trainer and hiker. The lil lady (5'9, 200+) needed a chair too and she settled on this one. For the price, I was wary (500lb? Ok...) but I ordered it and assembled it.Assembly was fairly straight forward but I have to emphasize you really need to tighten the screws as much as possible. If you're on the weaker side, get someone to do it for you. They will take pretty much everything you throw at them and the difference is night and day.I was cautious putting it together not wanting to over tighten or strip anything, but the chair definitely had a little "give." I went back over it and doubled down on everything. My Lazy Boy came pre-assembled and I ended up doing the same thing to it and it made a world of difference for stability and firmness. The firmness of this chair is like night and day after the "tighten till you can't" session. There is literally no give. I've plopped down in it. Rocked back and forth in it. scooted all over the place and this thing is built like a tank. The back is plenty tall which is a plus.I'm fine in it, but for her, her feet barely reach the ground and she uses the desk sides to prop her feet up.The lumbar support is great and there is also some glute support. My gal is extremely hour glass shaped and this chair is more than wide enough.I'm really shocked at the sturdiness and comfort of this chair especially at the price paid (~$170USD). It's a little rough around the edges compared to my Lazy Boy, but if I had this chair only, I'd be more than fine in it.The only con would be the seat depth could be a little more for my liking, but if you're sitting all the way back, it is adequate.Easy 5/5 based on the sturdiness, comfort and price.

Not as tough as implied
At first this chair was crazy comfortable. I was excited to finally have a chair that could handle my weight and also give me some room to move around (standing up and sitting down a lot is a necessity as a building manager). It lasted well, or so I thought.I purchased the chair a little over a year ago, and now it seems to me that it's not as good as is advertised. The pump and support assembly is 100% aluminum, and it's not as strong as the seller claims. I only weigh 320lbs (332 at my heaviest when i bought the chair) and as you can see in the images, the chair has still broken as though i'd sat over 600 lbs on it. The crack happened so quickly i almost fell off. I don't put the chair through any particular fatigue, i simply stand up and sit down (not "flopping") a lot during my typical day and that's apparently too much for the chair to handle.A shame really, because it was a great support and very comfortable up until it suddenly gave out on me.
