HNS Watch Bands - Choice of Pattern & Width (18mm, 20mm, 22mm) - Ballistic Premium Nylon Watch Straps

let's start with the good: I love the pattern and it looks great! Now that that's done with here are the things that give this 1 star:1. The hardware is clearly cheap, they claim it's high quality steel, and that may be true but it's still small, cheaply polished and thinner than I've seen 2. The holes aren't melted to prevent fraying3. the stitching isn't straight and isn't stitched all the way across to provide strength4. the weave is also pretty cheap. Not a thick weave, pretty thin.Clearly there is some quality control issues (like the crooked stitches) and clearly there are general quality issues.I would search elsewhere for a NATO

I have been wearing this over a month. I tried two other straps and this is the first one that was the actual width listed. It is so flexible and comfortable I forget I am wearing it. I live in the high desert southwest in Arizona and I sweat a bit and this has remained comfortable in both the desert heat and the hard summer rain (monsoon season). The design is crisp and surprisingly clear, much more that in the pictures even. So overall this seems a well made product. As with any other review I write, I will alter if anything changes.

The strap arrived ahead of schedule, it's comfortable, it fits my watch perfectly, the print is great... but it's not a proper Nato strap.A Nato strap runs through both spring bars to prevent the loss of your watch if one spring bar fails or breaks. Excellent concept. However, the buckle on this strap is held on by another tiny spring bar and if it fails... bye bye watch.Proper Nato straps have a steel ring buckle, which is stronger than most any commercial spring bar. Some come with a steel ring with a tiny offset gap so the strap can be attached but the gap is very small and the buckle is quite unlikely to bend out of shape short of extreme stress. The buckle should ABSOLUTELY NOT contain a tiny little spring bar that is weaker than either of the primary spring bars connecting the strap to the watch case, as this completely defeats the security that a Nato strap is designed to provide.If you're purchasing this strap for the look or for fashion purposes then great, get it. However, if you're purchasing it for the security that a Nato strap is supposed to provide so you do not lose your watch to spring bar failure, look somewhere else.

I generally buy NATO straps for sport watches. For a blue, vintage Tressa, only NATO straps offered the kind of color choices I was looking for.These HNS straps offer a lot of different colors and styles to choose from but only in the most popular sizes - no 17mm or 19mm. The straps themselves are your typical reinforced nylon material. They have good hardware with a signed buckle and two keepers. All are stainless and seem sturdy enough for the job at hand.Of all the colors and patterns, I chose the blue strap with anchors - a nautical theme that goes well with the watch itself. There are tartans, paisleys, stripes, flowers...there's like three dozen choices! Although these are not the cheapest, if you're looking for a NATO strap that reflects more than just pure utility, this is a good choice.

I bought this nato strap alongside some examples from Swiss Reimagined and BluShark to spice up my watch strap game. I chose the HNS because it is one of the very few legitimate companies selling watch straps with designs and the strap has a signed buckle. I wanted a design that would give tropical vibes for when I go to the beach (and/or get a dive watch), this fit the bill.My initial thoughts on this strap when I received it were not great. The strap came with no box, just a delivery packet with the strap in a plastic sleeve. The strap is also much lighter weight, thinner and less substantial than the BluShark natos I received. The buckle and other metal parts were much lighter and thinner as well.Wearing the strap on my Hamilton, however, I found that the strap was not bad, the thinner fabric made it easier to fold the extra band underneath itself. Additionally a closer inspection shows glue along all edges and in the holes to ensure longevity in the strap.All in all, it’s a decent cheaper strap, the printing doesn’t look blurry or like it will wear out quickly. A solid choice for something different.

The band works as promised. I took off one star as the print on the band is blurry whereas the online photo shows the print sharp. Contacted the seller and they said the colors always look better on paper and not on the nylon band itself. Take that however you want to. The metal hardware is an excellent color of rose gold. In comparison to other nato bands this is very good.Would sorta recommend.

It’s pretty unusual for me to give a NATO strap a bad rating, but I have to make an exception in this case. The strap looks as advertised, very attractive, but is made of some kind of material that doesn’t like to fall back so it can be put The excess trap back through the loops on the NATO strap. It just keeps coming back out. I’ve never had that happen before even though I own probably a couple of dozen NATO strap.

Yes, I was tired of the typical NATO with a solid color of some variation of stripe. Straps are an opportunity to individualize a watch that is mass-produced.In this case, an HNS NATO in blue Sashiko Wave pattern. The pattern isn't as clear as I'd like as it's just a tad blurry. But, the fact is that it's definitely different and unique. HNS has a number of patterns and I've bought two so far. I like this NATO and think it looks good on this watch - a simply three hand Vestal Alpha Bravo.The band itself is good. It's made of the typical ballistic nylon long used for NATO straps and has good hardware with stainless buckle and pin as well as two keepers. It's a good strap in good materials that allows you a different look on your timepiece. Solid four star product.

Loved the colour to go with a couple shades of green pants. So easy to use with watch. Going to buy more in different colours. Love fun patterned watch straps.
