These bowls are the best! Slow down voracious eaters without discouraging them. Smart dogs seem to appreciate figuring out better, quicker, smarter ways to get the food out of the channels. Stable too. Don't flip over and make a mess. Easy to clean too, easier with a kitchen dish brush tool. Prefer the colored now that I have a few (3 big dogs). Survive well with daily use, pups or strong Rott.

We first got the larger one for our Malamute, then decided to get the smaller one for our corgi-mix so they have the same looking bowl (see pic). They look exactly alike and work perfectly to slow our pups down.However the smaller bowl is too easy for our malamute to move around and chew on. Nothing against the product (it is plastic) but if your dog is over 30 lbs I would just go for the larger one. Once the Malamute destroys the small bowl we will probably make both bowls the large one so it will last.If it wasn’t for our massive pup, we would buy this product again.

I have an intelligent lab (who has a long tongue) that is not able to get the chunks of food swirled around this thing to be able to eat it...

The only real problem is that it tends to spill from two sides which makes it hard to load and then carry to the feeding are. It isn't much trouble for the dog to find the food but does slow him down a bit. This one slides more than the other two kinds I have, so ends up in the back of the crate.

This has really helped my dog slow down and enjoy his food more. He's on a diet, so helping him enjoy his food less quickly is important.

Awesome bowl. Our puppy was eating her food in less than a minute. Now she has to eat slowly and it takes her about 7 minutes to finish her food.

My dog seems to enjoy the extra stimulation from this product. I use it for one of her feeding times and it keeps her pace moderate and not rushed.

Really swayed by another review which suggested against black so ordered black and grey but black did not cause any problems for my cat seeing the kibble. I found this design and darker colour options the most stylish and least tacky of the slow feeder bowls and think the small is a good size for cats. Unfortunately it's way too easy for my cat who is very good with fishing with her paws so I think she will eat a full days ration in a few minutes rather than seconds (looking for a challenge that can feed her but encourage eating naturally over several sittings). It is fairly light with rubber feet and although it moved across the floor in her enthusiasm to get the kibble she wouldn't be able to tip it over.I think this could be improved to be shaped more like the depth of a shallow bowl. Design could incorporate different depths of grooves (steep in the middle) rather just the one same flat level which could make it a little bit trickier. Would be good also if there was a gradient to the groves that push the kibble out of the bowl with a wider opening that ends with a rim - again to make it tricky and hopefully that the pet can eat the food on the edge of the bowl rather than on the floor which is where the kibble ends up.

Nice idea and it did slow down my energetic puppy. However, rather than work the kibble through the maze the technique he settled on was to bash the bowl until bits fell out and then get frustrated by the bits he couldn't get out! Maybe when he gets older and more patient he'll get the hang of it.

Oh dear, the first time my lab tried this out, he figured out in the first minute that if he picked it up in his mouth and shook it, the treats would fall out!

Product arrived on time & looks great. As it's a Xmas pressie for my furbaby nephew I can't comment on it's performance.....only time will tell.

This worked really well with my rescue Lab. Slowed his eating time down significantly. Would recommend.

This is great for my beagle, he’s so greedy and eats for too quick at meal times , this bowl slows his eating right down now which has to be better for his digestion.

Malu loves it. My labrador puppy really enjoy eating from this amazing maze. Helped a lot with extremely fast eating...from 15 seconds to at least 2- 3 minutes for large size croguettes...for smaller one 4-5 minutes....Still though significantly slower.

My dog absolutely loves this maze. I love it too! It’s easy to fill and easy to clean too! The small one is suitable for medium sized dogs (springer spaniel size and smaller)

I have a get and a pink one for the dogs. They eat slower and it entertains them for a bit. No more burping sounds.
