MeyleOil Level Sender

The one I received was an exact factory OEM part - they literally machined off the Audi rings and VW logo from the aluminum body so they could sell it as aftermarket. So, as expected for an OEM part the fit was perfect. It also got rid of the annoying oil sensor warning indicator in the center display screen.

Sensor came branded Hella, which is the OEM sensor manufacturer only this sensor is a fraction of the cost. Here's an image of the two sensors, the size difference is an optical illusion. Note the part numbers and manufacturer stampings.

Fit exactly as it should, solved the orange "oil sensor error" warning and beep. Drain the oil, three 10mm bolts and one connector, replace the oil, done.

Great part and great price. Much lower than the Audi dealer wanted. It pays to buy on the Net.

This worked awesome on my Audi A4. Easy to install, and helped with an issue I was having with my car.

Meyel Part has Known flaw and does not work on the audi's it acts as if there is no oil in the system.

Fair price, and works properly.. What more to say?
