Not good
Only had this cooker for a couple of weeks then the oven door kept opening when it got to any temp above 150. Amazon did come and get it and refund the cost of it that was the only good thing about it all

Easy to use
My mum is 82 & finds it easy to use, looks nice, likes having a separate oven & grill.

Other than missing handle the oven is Brill.

Cooker
Very poor product, appears no quality check at build and poor Amazon customer service. Not at all impressed and very disappointed with the whole process. I do not recommend this to anyone. I took photos but customer service was not interested in my questions.

Faulty glass door

we bought this cooker and it was delivered late jan , we were away for 3 weeks in feb and came home to start using it , on first using it the bulb inside the main cooker blew and tripped all the switches, the main cooker door opens while cooking when the cooker gets hot, so you cannot cook, the water ( evaporation ) leaks down the side of the cooker, its dangerous , and we cannot cook with it as the door will not catch or when it does catch , when cooking it just pops open...wide open ..very unsafe ...waiting for amazon to refund or replace for a safe working one ..I would avoid

Waiting!!!
I love the cooker but I was left with a large parcel, to unpack on my own.. Being over 70,and disabled I do think the delivery men could have unpacked it when politely asked!!

Not good
Absolutely rubbish would not recommend. faulty and did not get any satisfactory result. Had to get refunded not from the actual company but amazon was amazing and sorted my refund
