I liked this product so much that I bought two. The brown and the dark brown. The brown is a little lighter in color than pictured but still looks great. The dark brown is spot on and my favorite. I was really looking for something different, elegant and simple. A bit wider than most collars. These are about one inch wide. They have held up pretty well after a month. The latch seems to be pretty durable as you have to pressed the button and lift the latch to put it on and take it off. The leather has a bit of padding so it’s not uncomfortable to wear. Nice and soft. These are not worn 24/7. I’m not sure about durability as I really don’t need to use a leash on my American bully. She stays at my side. But when I have it seems durable enough for her. She’s 65lbs and can pull at times. Overall I’m really please with the look and functionality of these collars.

I got three collars for my Scotties. Two work great but the boy Scottie is a little bit bigger and his collar wouldn’t fit. He was right at the neck limit 12 1/2 inches for the small collar, so I’m returning and getting the medium the collar. They have a lock to open and close so you can’t easily open, a child wouldn’t be able to open this collar with the lock on, which it nice! It has a small loop for your dog tags if you want, with a neat design on it! The leather is super soft. I had gotten my first Scottie this amazing leather collar and wanted a life time collar for these guys. I don’t think this is a life time collar but it might work for a year or two, I’ll get back to you on this.I am very happy with the collar overall and the price is great! The life time collar I got my other Scottie was $100! I’ve walked the Scotties with just the collar and so far it’s great, they are young and still pull so no issues with wear and tear. I’ll probably use a harness over all for walks since they pull so much to save their necks from being pulled on, but I’m happy with these collars! I really spent a lot of time looking for red collars and I’m glad I got these!!Good price point and good quality. If your dogs neck is 12-1/2” go up to the medium the small probably won’t fit.

It's true to size and has a timeless classy feel to it. The buckle is also not overly difficult and has not tarnished.

I bought three of them, one for each of my pups. Two large for a 30 lb thiccc-necked pit and a 25 lb terrier mix and an XL for a 65 lb coonhound/shepherd mix. I'm glad I pre-measured and went with the larger sizes instead of going off the guide (could be deceiving based on their measurements). They look great and I like the buckle clasp, very classy. Also, good to note, I really like the small tag band, pulls the tags in closer for a clean look. Collars seem durable and well made. I prefer the wider collars so that's another reason I went with them. Overall they were a solid purchase, don't regret it. Very happy with them!

Honestly a great looking collar, the buckle can be a little tricky at first, but easy once you get the hang of it. Great quality leather as well, which made it worth the price. However, after a few trips to the beach, our pup got sand in the buckle, which made it challenging to unclasp & the buckle fell apart, making the collar unusable. I would recommend this collar only if your pup doesn’t like to get down & dirty, it unfortunately just didn’t work for our pup.

Awesome collar. Love the look, feel, general durability. It's a little difficult to adjust and may slip a small amount, but I thought I'd never want another collar.Only, now I need one. It lasted 4 months before the middle bar on the adjustment buckle broke. Now it cannot be adjusted. If you try, it just slides apart. I could not find a way to return after the window. I'm hoping they contact me from this review.

I’ve used these for years now for my Pit mix. Great quality, I get a new one every year or two. I contacted the seller that one was defective and they sent me a new one and asked for the old defective one back.

I love this collar so much that I've bought it a second time. It's attractive, sturdy, and fits securely with an easy to use clasp.I've used the first one a long time, and it is still totally functional, I just decided to pretty up my dog with a brand new one.It's an excellent buy.

Good sturdy collars, great for big dogs. Look impressive and well made. Seat-belt style closure is perfect for our 2 x Danes. I imagine they could be a bit bulky on small dogs but we love them and had the clasps engraved.
