its a travel bag! plenty of space,small item pockets on front can be a little difficult to use but were very handy for,items i needed to get to rather quickly.the bag is everything i thought it would be with more character.though i am not tossing it about like luggage personnel at the airport or cruise lines it is very durable made with that recycled tarp material. the zippers all seem to work well.a very tough travel bag,there may be nicer bags out there,style wise,but you cant beat this one for the long trip,it is the" REAL DEAL"

Other than the zippers worrying me the bag seems well made. The only thing that was disappointing is the size of the bag. As another reviewer said the picture must be the mannequin of a small child as the bag is much smaller than what it seems in the picture. It's my fault as I didn't read the description that had the dimensions.

Looks great, feels great, seems to be well made. Downside is: Zippers are questionable....I suspect they won't last long. Second, unfortunately the bag is quite smaller than the picture unless that's a mannequin of a toddler. This bag will hold enough for an express overnight stay. I was hoping for at least a weekend type bag. They gave no dimensions on the advert....that should've warned me.

I like this Real Deal stuff. Basic, uncluttered, interesting, and I like the look and the story. So much so that I bought a duffle, back pack, and two hats; then a duffle, backpack, and hat for my daughter for her birthday. And a hat for a friend for Christmas. After all that, have to give it a five!

Again, I purchased two for panniers for my bike the only modification so far will be waxing the canvas. I'm looking forward to using them on an upcoming long distance trip.

I saw these at the OBX and thought I'd like one. Amazon's deal was amazing. This is a unique item that I will use a lot.

I've had one of these bags for about 2 years. I've used it for everything from overnight trips to week long vacations. It holds a ton of stuff and looks great also! everything feels very heavy duty. One of the other reviews said the zippers look questionable, but I have had no issues at all.The only downsides: it would be nice if the shoulder strap was removable, but no big deal. Also, the "rough" edges of the canvas shed a bit. Again, no big deal.Overall, this has been my favorite duffel bag, and I would buy it again.
