Needed some work.
All in all I like it, but of the box it was the dullest new knife I've ever bought. The very tip was sharp, but that's it. Found that each side of the blade was sharpened at a different angle and most of the blade apex was off. Spent a bit of time on my Wicked Edge and was able to re-profile one side and finally achieve a sharp edge. The knife is solid and tight. Has a great spring assist, but will require some getting used to as I accidentally opened it while removing it from my belt.So given all the positive reviews, I can't help but think that I I got one that just slipped by QC. If I have problems with the knife maintaining its edge I'll re-review.

Great knife!
All the right stuff on this knife!Neokut's everyday knife has everything that makes this the prefect everyday carry knife. It feels great in the hand, it's tough and it's rugged elegance is an added bonus. The knife opens real smooth and easy with minimal effort. The effortless opening can be attributed to the spring assist mechanism. The knife has a seat belt cutter and glass breaker. The clip on the knife is great and fits comfortably on pants and attaches well to different materials. One of the many things I especially appreciate about this particular knife is the flipper guard. While it's nice to use to rest your knife in the open position with the blade down, it is to guard your finger from the blade when the blade is out and it is used to open the knife one-handed by pushing it back while either holding the knife blade up in one hand or blade down and fingers out of the way . The blade is a good size and is sharp. Truly a rugged knife that has a lot of features that come in handy for certain situations.:All the right stuff on this knife:Seat belt cutter, Window breaker, sharp blade, comfortable handle, clip, flipper/guard, jimping, choil, spring piviot mechanismI own a few tactical knives and this one has just become one of my favorite ones to carry daily. This is a solid first knife to own if you have never purchased or used a tactical knife. Even if you not a novice with knives, you'll appreciate the ease of this spring assisted knife and will feel the difference when you open it immediately compared to other knives you own. This company stands behind their knife offering a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied which makes purchasing this knife more appealing. 5 stars for being well-constructed, well-designed, comfortable to hold, easy to carry and easy to open and close and having a good blade.I was offered Neokut's Spring Assisted Pocket Folding Knife for free in exchange for using and reviewing with an unbiased approach, thus my review reflects my personal experience and opinion.

This is an all around great knife. I love the way the handle feels/looks
This is an all around great knife. I love the way the handle feels/looks. I have slightly bigger hands than normal and the handle feels good while holding it.The blade is sharp (be careful). The glass breaker is always a must (even though I hope I never have to use it) and the seat belt cutter is a great addition also. I thought it was pretty cool how the seat belt cutter has its own blade instead of using the knife itself. It sure is worth 50+$ and the sale was almost a no brainer. It truly is a knife worth having.

I wanted to get a little knife just to have on hand while at work and based on the reviews I ordered one of these. I've had for about a month now and have no complaints so far. I'm not a knife expert but its not super sharp. Yet it still works great for the things I use it for. Its got a little weight so that's good as opposed to being really light and being easier to lose. Overall I would recommend this knife and you cant beat the price!

Received order as promised. Knife works well so far. the spring assisted opening is awesome. Can't speak to the seat belt cutter or window breaker, but will try soon, and update rating later. The blade came not as sharp as it could have, which was a little disappointing, but can be quickly remedied. I like the feel of it, almost like it has rubber grip, but just body design. Might order another, if price comes down, as a gift.

Very well made knife
When I initially purchased this knife I was wary of the quality I would receive. I recently had to put an MTech to rest and was overall severely disappointed with their product. My worry quickly dissipated upon receiving Neokut's Black Kryptonite. Right away I could feel the knife had a durable, heavy duty design with an excellent balance and weight in the hand. The sharpness out of the box was excellent and as advertised: razor sharp and easily passing the hair test. The biggest reason I bought this knife was to acquire a no frills, low profile, emergency knife with a strap cutter and impact point. It's exactly what I wanted and I'm extremely impressed.Lastly, Neokut's customer service is very impressive and absolutely top notch. They're very personalized and care very much about their product. They're one of my new favorite companies and very highly recommend them and their products!

Not my idea of a good folder
First, my disclaimer. I paid full price for this knife with no compensation from the Seller. That said I'm being a little generous with the 2 stars in that I may have gotten a bad build. Upon opening the knife I immediately noticed about 1/2" play each way in the blade. Using a T40 wrench I tightened the blade and while this did remove most of the play the "assisted opening" essentially was non existent and at times would not fully open at all. Loosening the screw allowed the blade to open freely but the wobble was still there.I have been carrying pocket knives for close to 60 yrs and IMHO this knife is not comfortable even in my large hands. The metal scales feel like, well like metal. The liner lock was tight but this would most likely loosen with time. Also, while a number of reviewers stated their knives were sharp the one I received would have immediately been sharpened if i had kept it. Finally, I prefer tip up carry and I like a folder that at least gives me that option. Thanks for your time.
