I don't know how to rate low dose spirulina. Seems OK. Price is OK. But to get a adequate daily dose of this stuff, say for the protein or other health claims, you need a lot more than this product provides. But, you might want to be very careful about the purity and toxicity risks. Do your homework before you go all in. I just wanted to see if I was allergic. And I'm not. Next, the purity and toxicity business. Then, the price.
