I bought this for a read for a family member and they said it was an easy read and had great graphics. It came on time and was exactly what the description said. It was worth the price!

Hands down the best Nightwing story I've ever read (No spoilers)
Note: You'll want to read at least Volume 3 first. This newest story just highlights how much Kyle Higgins has grown as a writer since issue #1 back in 2011.This story totes excellent pacing and a great balance between action and story. The art is masterful, and the story is pretty deep, and the tone works great. We are given a brand new villain for nightwing to face,And they do a great job of developing him, and making him an all around interesting villain. He's not just a crazy guy with lots of connections, he seems to have a plan, a reason for what he doseeven before the backstory reveal. This book also dose a great job of focusing on Dick grayson as a person, the main reason I read the nightwing books, he's a more down to earth hero, and is much more relatable then batman or superman. This book chooses to focus more on people, and story then raw action, so it has less fighting, then the other nightwing books, but I'm completely fine with that, when they have a story of this caliber (Really hard to explain without spoilers)There were a few minor issues I had with it,they try to force a few things in, like there is a quick movie quote, and an internet reference, and a few scenes that would make you fell like "Of course XXXX would be XXXX now, suuuure, why not"But NONE of them affect my overall enjoyment of this book.If you are more for the action, and don't care as much for detailed, multi-layer stories. then you may not enjoy this as much as I did.But if you like a good story, or just like nightwing you'll LOVE this book!Buckle up! You're in for a wild ride!this is 'batman (new52) volume 1', and 'batman the back mirror' Level of AWESOME!You don't see a story arch like this very often!

Great character, good book. Why keep reinventing?
There is a lot to like in 'Second City.' The book is well paced and plotted, and Nightwing remains the most likeable character in the DCU. I have two complaints, neither of such is specific to this volume: first, that the constant reinventions of the Nightwing since the new 52 water down the story, and Second, that the editors seem to have a sadistic need to beat poor Dick Grayson to a pulp. This is a great character and a good book. I hope they make more like it.

In this novel, nightwing moves out of Gotham and Bludhaven and is now in Chicago, a place where masked vigilantes are not tolerated. Chicago's past vigilantes seems to have either been killed or in hiding. Tony Zucco brings Nightwing to Chicago and brings him to a new adventure in a new city. The story is very action packed.

Nightwing is a solid series
Nightwing tracks Tony Zucco (the man who killed his parents) to Chicago, and uncovers a corrupt city official thanks to the help of his new enemy, The Prankster. The Prankster is a cool villain, and I enjoyed the overall arc in this book. I also enjoyed the fact that Chicago has outlawed "Masks", a concept I always enjoyed.Nightwing is a great series to read for new and old comic readers a like. Although this book felt thin, and didn't take long to read at all, you shouldu definitely pick it up to round out your collection.

Surprisingly VERY good.
Brett Booth is an amazing artist but mainly I have to know what Kyle Higgins was smoking when he put Nightwing in Chicago. But yes pretty well written and very entertaining even if he should've just returned to Gotham after this (or even better just bring back Bludhaven).
