Been using this for years before I go hunting. I shower in from head to toe. I wash my hunting clothes with it, too (then store them in a plastic bag with grass from my hunting area). I use the spray on my boots. I know deer have a very good sense of smell. I realize I probably leave a strong scent and they can probably smell me. But they never do. I have had multiple deer within 40 yards, some as close as 10 yards, never smell me. I have had a buck 40 yards down wind of me and never smell me (in September). If these deer did smell me, they didn't care because they hung around for several minutes. So I'll continue using this because it certainly doesn't hurt and it's better than smelling like old spice going into the woods.

This is a great product. I have a hard time getting my wife to use scent control on her long hair when she hunts with me. She says other types of scent control shampoos leave her hair feeling too stiff or whatever. But she likes this one and uses it every time. I like it because it seems to sud well and last a lot longer than other types. no scent control soap is exactly inexpensive so it’s good this one lasts a whole season for me! (hunting pretty regularly 4-5 times a week) As for how it works... playing the wind is the biggest factor, so don’t ignore it thinking this will take care of it. But use this soap as part of a total scent control package and you’ll get deer in bow range more often.

Excellent scent cover. But I also keep my hunting clothing hanging outside for the last 2 months as well. Needless to say, nothing will cover all scent but we sure can try hard to.. last week in a low placed maybe 12 ft but with elevation lower, doe walked right under me so close that she almost ran into the ladder stand, lol. I havent been scent busted in a very long time, but I work hard not to as well. Use thier detergent with autumn scene, dryer sheets and hanging outside for weeks or months. To each thier own but I use thier power, deodorant and other stuff too. I trust this product. Nothing fancy just to clothes lines, but they have to be tightened due to all season use. But still working for now. Good luck and happy hunting, just be glad to have the opportunity to use this product and have the freedom and health to do so..
