The jury is still out about this one.
I bought this as a replacement to the original, which I have had for 10 years or longer.I do feel that this model is not as efficient as the other, but I am pleased with its purchase, especially at the price I paid. But I am hesitant in recommending it to others.

Useless
Rare for me to write such a dismissive review but after a few weeks of trying to keep unwanted hairs at bay, this thing deserves nothing less. It is hopeless. Previous single blade Phillips unit was great. This thing barely cuts at and when it does it is not close enough. Probably safety feature gone mad. Don’t bother buying this product.

Not as good as previous version/model
Disappointed with this newer version. It doesn’t pick up and trim nasal hairs at all. Or at least I cannot get it to. I bought this one to use when travelling for work/holidays so I can leave my other one (the previous model) at home. The older model is excellent and trims even short nasal and eyebrow hairs. This newer one has been redesigned to, seemingly, not trim anything at all! And yes, I did make sure the long hair comb guard was not on the blade. Very disappointing. At least I bought it at a discounted price so I don’t feel like I have been totally swindled.
