Everything was clean and in good shape. The only thing was that I needed to reset everything in order to program them.

We have this phone system at my law firm and this is the phone that sits on my desk. I use it constantly. The features are great - three customizable screens of speed dials (46 or so in all). Things like putting on hold or conferencing are intuitive and the speaker phone is as good as I have ever used. The only real downside is based on the IP technology. A couple of times a week I will have sound issues and need to redial so both sides can hear eachother. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Installed the system three months at my small business location. Have had problems since. Phones reset while conversations are going on. Tech support asks lots of questions and has no solution to the problems. Advice: Do not purchase
