Ridiculously expensive but worth it. Replacing the hatch with the name brand part made install a breeze. It took less than 30 minutes to install and is weather tight, no leaks!

First impression it looks like a high quality marine hatch product. The top glass/lexam hatch portion seems to be good quality but the frame itself looked as if it was bent by the high school metal shop. Three of the four corners are different types of bends and they were curved as if someone had tried to bend it around the square corner? The hatch piston base attachment was actually at one of these strange bend areas so I am concerned about that for the future. If I wasn't already one month behind for fishing season i would've returned it and gone for a better hatch but it is installed and off we go Gene from Great Lakes was fantastic trying to answer my questions directly from the hatch manufacture. I will never buy another one of these hatches again but I will go through Great Lakes for other products. Order the trim ring with that as well. I couldn't find it anywhere on the Amazon site but Gene had one available.

This hatch is fantastic! It fits perfectly! My mother is going to buy another one from this seller. We are very happy with our purchase!

The hatch was better than pictured. We thought it was clear, but it is tinted. It fit the opening perfectly - no leaks.

Did not install it yet but seems to be allright
