The vanity has 3 built-in color LED light bar. By touching on the mirror, you can switch it from warm to cool to match your room's temperature which can be very handy but beware you may get fingerprint on it. If you're worry about space, this table has more than 450 square inches of surface area for you to place make up on to put as many make up as you'd like! That is not even including the drawers. I tried to shop for different types of vanity, most of them are too big for my liking, but this one has just about the right size for my room. The white color also matches the theme of my room. Overall, at sub $200 price point, this vanity is an excellent value and outperformed my expectation.

1. PACKAGING: the vanity was packaged very well and very safely. Everything was in great shape when I unboxed it. There was a big gouge in one small area of the box oh, probably due to shipping, but thankfully it did not damage anything. I received all pieces I was supposed to receive except they shorted me three screws and three washers to attach the mirror to the vanity so I had to go to Lowe's and buy them because I wanted to get the vanity done.2. ASSEMBLY: If you have ever put anything together from IKEA, this will be a familiar process. This product uses hex screws (like IKEA), not flat screws or Phillips screws. They provide the little 2-inch L-shaped hex tool, but when you are assembling something of this size and weight, it just wasn't going to cut it. I fortunately found exactly the right bit though I did not have many hex bits in my collection.I am 68 years old, 4 foot 5 in tall and my knees are so bad I have to walk with a cane. Yet I put this entire thing together by myself, including lifting the vanity portion out of the box carrying it in the house putting it on the bed and then later turning it upside down to finish the project. If I can do it, anyone can do it! But you're definitely going to want to use a power drill with a hex bit.The "manual" is basically a sheet of paper with print on both sides fold like a greeting card. There are zero written instructions. You have to follow a diagram the whole way through. Be very careful that you are using the correct piece and the correct screw at every step of the way! I had enough of the long screws to get the entire vanity section built. However when I got to the point of attaching the mirror to the vanity, I realized that the company had shorted me three of the shorter screws + 3 washers. Attaching the mirror uses 6 of the shorter screws + 6 washers. The only two unpainted pieces of wood in the Box are used to secure the mirror to the vanity.One of the most bizarre things I encountered in assembling this product is that the two small drawers were pre-assembled with the drawer handles already screwed in but on the INSIDE. The only thing I can think of to justify this is that is easier to wrap and box the product without the drawer handle sticking out but the drawer handles on the big part of the vanity were sticking out. Weird! You think it would be such an easy thing to take them off and just flip them around to the front but the screws were so tiny that I spent a ridiculous amount of time just trying to get the screws to get started in the handles. The drawers are so small. Unless you use the tiny hex tool, you are going to have trouble reaching those screws. I took off just 1/4 star for that because it slowed me down so much.APPEARANCE & FEATURES: I bought the white and it is sharp! The white is very bright and crisp. There are two small but deep drawers right in front of the mirror and then there are two large drawers in the front of the vanity portion. The only problem I have with the latter is that if I am sitting in front of the mirror, I cannot access these drawers without either leaning way back or scooting the stool back and then pulling it back forward. I just received furniture movers today that work on carpet so I'll be putting those on the stool so that when I do need to push it back to get up it won't be difficult.The vanity has goldtone hardware on all four drawers. I was worried before assembly that the vanity and stool were not going to be sufficiently stable to use on carpet. But the way you attach the legs (NOT screw-in BTW) makes them and the whole unit quite stable.The star of the show, though, is the light on the mirror. There's a tiny little plug that comes out of the back of the mirror and it joins up with a tiny cord that you plug in. Then all you have to do is tap the little blue mark on the mirror and you can change the temperature of the mirror light; i.e., warm temp for night time makeup, cool light for daytime makeup, Etc.Unfortunately, because of the three temperatures there is no other way to increase the light just a way to change the temperature. My bedroom is on the backside of the house that doesn't get the sun until right before sunset. I am going to need plenty more light before I can use this vanity. I am probably going to get a tiny little LED desk or floor lamp to give me the light I need. Took off 1/4 star for this.4 1/2 stars

Easy to assemble and perfect size for someone 5’3

I’ve always wanted a vanity for our bedroom so that I have a dedicated area to do my makeup. Our bedroom set is light farmhouse gray so the white color matches beautifully. I feel like white furniture also opens up and brightens the room more.This was very well-packaged with a lot of styrofoam and wrapping to protect all of the pieces and arrived undamaged. This was simple to assemble and took me about half an hour to assemble by myself. It comes with all of the parts and screws needed and a hex key to tighten the screws. First you have to attach the longer legs of the vanity and then attach the upper drawer to the mirror. Then you have to attach the mirror to the vanity and lastly attach the legs of the stool.Then you have to plug the LED mirror to the power adapter that’s included. Please note that if you want the mirror to light up, then you will need to plug it into an electrical outlet so make sure there is an outlet nearby. The power adapter is black and I wish it was white to better match my white vanity. I feel like the black cord somewhat sticks out. Despite this, what I like most is that the LED mirror is touchscreen and you simply touch the button on the bottom center of the mirror to cycle through three (3) different lighting modes: wam yellow, warm white and cool white. Cool white is the brightest and is great for applying makeup.Now I never have to worry about having adequate lighting when applying makeup! I have this in a little corner of our bedroom and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I also like that there are four (4) drawers (2 large and 2 small) to store makeup and accessories to keep the vanity free of clutter. The drawers also have gold hardware which matches nicely and gives it a touch of class. The stool is comfortable and the padding is soft and has a beautiful rose pattern. The stool can support up to 220.5 pounds which is quite sturdy.

I’ve wanted a vanity set since I was a kid, I wanted one but I didn’t want it being too antique looking I wanted a little bit more modern, and this piece really hit home I honestly don’t think I could have picked a better piece, it was pretty easy to assemble and it came packaged really well I’m really completely happy with it. I’m thinking of switching the gold handles for a nickel color to match the other pieces in my room but that will be later because the gold actually looks good

Nonetheless, I truly appreciate them for making this right for the paying customer. This is why I will update my review ***for the outstanding customer service!!!!.***Cheap cheap cheap! I paid almost $200 for this vanity that has just not exceeded my expectations. I contacted the seller about the anchor in my mirror arriving blown out (so it doesn’t attach to the support brackets at all) & how I need a new mirror sent to me....well, so far it’s been 2 days & I haven’t heard back from them. Also, I will add that the light is not that bright... I expected much more out of this vanity.
