Q: Lol, if it cant pump water or gas, wth is it for?

I pump diesel fuel with mine, work's great.

Q: Can I use this to pump water also?

The description specifically says, "no water"

It should be fairly simple, you have an inlet port which goes into your fluid and an outlet port which has the nozzle on the fill end, positive cable goes to positive on battery and negative goes to ground post on battery and switch it on!
