I have carpal tunnel in my hands so the other ones similar to this one with the skinny metal handles were hard and painful to use. Not to mention the one I had would get stuck when I squeezed it. This is so much easier and faster then the other model so I'm not squeezing no where near as long. I almost bought the one with the handle thinking that was a better option for me, but I'm glad I took a chance with this one. Another reason I chose this one over the others is because it looked more durable and I wasn't disappointed when I recieved it and used it for the holidays. Definitely happy with my purchase!

This is a really nice sifter and the only reason I did not give it a five star rating is that when I tried to sift cocoa over a dessert I made it did not do a great job. There was way too much of it so I guess this sifter doesn't work as well with finer ingredients.

Easier to use then a traditional sifter. The lever does get stuck but using two hands was able to keep it moving. It works quickly. Right now I’m not sure it’s an upgrade but if it has durability it will be totally worth it. I would purchase again.

Perfect, beats the old style crank sifter my grandmother used! I like the small compact size so it's easy to store. Highly recommend.

This flour sifter is amazing! I love the easy way it sifts compared to my worn out traditional style sifter. It's dishwasher safe too! My old sifter couldn't do that. Besides working great, its a perfect size for storing in my cabinet. It's compact and isn't an awkward shape.

Good product. I simply wish that I had gotten something bigger. It barely holds two cups of flour.

When my previous Kaiser Backform flour sifter broke down , I looked for a similar model. This is it! It is easy to work with one hand. Since it stays with the flour, I have not tried to wash it.

It works great for the amount of baking I do, I find it easy to clean and its just the right size for my needs. So far I have had no issues and its easy to use
