Worked perfectly

24 yr old Silverado started blowing hot air two weeks after the quick lube place offered to top off the AC for $200 after saying it was "due". Not sure how they know without putting gauges on it and I really wonder after I found the low side tap had a slow leak and the refrigerant was too low to run the compressor. This wa much less than that cost and my gauges worked well to get it back into range. Self sealing can worked well and I have cold AC now.

These worked great. I used two of them to re-charge my '05 Nissan Xterra and the A/C blows ice cold now. I found a leak in the high side Schrader valve and tightened it and it has been great since. I like that these do NOT have and additives/leak repair/dyes crap in them. Any A/C system is ONLY made for Freon, nothing else. Anything else is considered a contaminant and is detrimental to the system! Take this from an old A/C tech (wink)..

I've repaired a/c systems & used many 12 & 16 ounce cans but Nation brand seems to get much colder, even as it's transfers from can to a/c system, even seems colder in vehicle. I'll by this brand anytime. It's was shipped, received & price was great! And NO worry's about returning can (w/reciept, within 90 fays for stupid California core charge here!!..
