Unique Product, Average Quality
These sauce pans are unique in size and reasonably well made. I use them to make a single (or even double) egg. I just break the egg/s in the pan and it comes out perfect, as long as the pan has been heated well and some oil was added prior to breaking the egg. However, there are few issues with this item that I did not have with my earlier Demeyere items.Negatives:1. It is not made in Belgium2. The sides of the pan are thin and oil burns while cooking. Cleaning is not as easy as with other Demeyere items that have Silvonix lining.3. No lid.These are latest items in my Demeyere collection. Unfortunately, I have been progressively more dissatisfied with Demeyere quality with every next purchase. This item will not give you the kind of quality we have come to expect from Demeyere.

These are very handy tiny pans. I use it to melt butter and also for seasonings for Indian food daily.
