I purchased it as a replacement to a facemask - didnt like that the clinging facemask became damp from my breath ...
i bought this late in the season so I havent had the opportunity to test it in sub-zero temps. I purchased it as a replacement to a facemask - didnt like that the clinging facemask became damp from my breath and then froze. I like the fleece and looser fit over face much better. It arrived quickly, is quality-made, and the fit is perfect. I plan to buy one for my spouse as well.

Warm and cozy. Only complaint is that it doesn’t go extra far down the neck. I have a long neck and would like it to go down all the way to my collarbones for maximum Protection

This is great item with high quality fabric for Winter..
I ordered this product and received on-time, There are other products also sell for less price, But the quality of this product will outrun all the others - I was suriprised with the fast delivery of this item and I recieved just before the winter. I very much like the quality of this item. This products works great during the winter. I usaully go for a walk during the winter and this helps me to keep warm and Warmer...I like this item and would highly recommend this for any one want to do outside activities during the rough winter weather..

Chicago winters! Ugh, this does the trick! Adjustable face mask that shields your face from now and rain, the neck portions lowers as well, so a scarf isn't overly necessary! Gets the job done and at a great price! Would easily purchase again!

The way the strings are set on the sides to adjust the tension are a bit weird - took a little longer to get here but it is coming from Hong Kong so really faster then what I would expect. Star deduction strictly for the way that the tension adjust works and the way it fits.

Didn't love it.
One of the draw strings pulled out the first time I used it. I was able to rig it back and engineer an anchor to hold it in place. I slept in it while backpacking, and I found it too snug and had no real option for relief. To be fair, my head is a little large. This product is okay, but for little more money you can buy a more versatile unit.

I deliver mail and this was definitely a life saver when we were constantly having blizzards. It has adjustable straps so it can fit tight around your nose area, I stayed very warm, my neck didn't get cold and it was easy to lower if needed

The tabs used to fit it to your head were already broken when this arrived. I have a small head, but this would be huge on most people. I couldn't even give it away to friends.

Indidpensible in the winter or on a cold frosty morning.
Lovely and warm, especially on a frosty morning. Nice and long, so keeps ones neck cosy. It is a lovely thick fleece. The two drawstrings give it a good fit all round. If you get hot, then it will be a good neck warmer. If you lose heat from your head, then your body will soon be cold. I wear my lovely balaclava on my scooter and it is indispensable. Don't think a woman can't wear this hood because I am one. It can also be worn under a hat as it keeps your face warm, so to summarize. Nice thick, warm, cosy waterproof hat. I proofed mine

Excellent item albeit a very snug fit
I'm really pleased with this, nearly took a star off as it's a very snug fit (more on this later) but decided against it due to everything else being spot on. The material is of a very good quality, it is shaped nicely and feels extremely warm. I like that the side toggles each do a separate job; the left tightens the hood whilst the right tightens the panel covering the nose/cheeks; excellent idea which saves faffing about trying to align both sides as is usually the case. I no longer have to carry around both a hat and scarf and even as a simple neck warmer, it sits very neatly around the collar of my smart work coat. I'd most definitely order again. Back to the fit (this is not a criticism, Stuart!) but simply a fact that the sizing is very small. I am a 5'2 female with a slim build and both the neck area and hood are a pretty close fit, any tighter and I would have had to return it. It's the width of the neck area and hood that is the niggle, another 1'/1½ inches would make all the difference. I can understand why so many people found it too small.
