There are a lot of cookie sheets that are thinner and more flimsy than these. There are a few commercial grade baking sheets made of aluminum that are materially more robust than these. I like the polished finish, the stiffness, and the modest weight. I like that I should be able to use them at high broiler temperatures where aluminum would begin to fail.The first time out, I broiled the skins off some peppers using these. The broiler melted my silicone mat to the baking sheet and some of the liquid ran beneath the mat and stuck to the pan. Neither material was easy to remove. Also, uneven heating caused the pan to warp a lot while it was in the oven. On cooling, it returned to its original flatness.I think it is possible that for a number of normal baking tasks these baking sheets could be ideal. I do need to find something more robust to use under the broiler.

As I was looking for a smaller size pan, I made sure to use this same company. These baking sheets are durable, haven't warped, and I put them right in the dishwasher.

Excellent product, holds shape well for steaming purpose. I used it make rice-rolls Chiang-fun, comes out quite well, easy to clean as well.

Love these trays and they are very useful. They fit in the toaster oven and I use them when grilling out to put the food on (not breakable). Love the stainless.

the 12" pan was just the tiniest bit too big to fit onto my 13" wide kitchen-aide toaster oven shelf. I mean, it can slide in, but it touches the edges, so no air would be able to circulate. Measurement seems to be of the bottom of the pan, which is 12", top edge of lip flares out just a little bit putting it closer to 12.5" which was a bit too snug for what I wanted.OTOH, these pans are the perfect size to proof 6 bagels in the fridge overnight and fit on my fridge shelves much better than trying to get a full sized pan maneuvered in there. I can't say how they react to heat as I bake my bagels on a pizza stone, but I've been hand washing and rack drying them weekly for a bit now and no signs of rust. Beautiful shine. Nice solid, heavy pan. No warping or flexing when cold.

After a few trips through the dishwasher, these small-sized cookie sheets have stayed just as shiny as new. This is the perfect solution for single people or couples who don't need those huge cookie sheets.

I like that these are stainless steel, and that they are small enough to work in my counter top oven. I wish they were 1/2 inch narrower and 1/2 inch longer, then both would fit in my oven. I don't have a regular oven at this time, so using small pans like this is what I have to to. If they were longer and narrower, I could fit both at the same time.Unfortunately, even though they are sturdy and appear thick, they DO CURL up in the oven. I was unhappy about that.

Great pans. Very easy to clean. But they will pop out of shape at temperatures as low as 400 degrees. You’ll hear a loud popping noise and you’ll see the pan is slightly bent in a diagonal line. But do not worry. After you take the pan out and let it cool, it’ll pop back into its original shape and be good as new.

Although these trays sometimes bend with the oven heat it is only when there is not a lot on them, and they always reform. They are very easy to clean and cook beautifully, and I am glad to be finally rid of my old, unhealthy 'non-stick' trays
