I have a chronic illness that involves extreme pain in my legs, and I figured my mattress was not helping matters any. So I looked on amazon for a new pillowtop mattress. I happened upon this one with a payment plan. 165 month for 5 months. A bit rich for my blood but I bit anyways, desperate to find some relief from my decade old mattress that was biting the dust. And I am glad that I did. It really has helped improve my pain levels, making it easier to sleep. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone suffering from fibromyalgia, Md or other conditions to do with pain. It really helps. It's no cure all by any means, but its helped me.

The sizing dimensions were off. At first I thought I was tripping until measured the mattress and it was short a few inches in width and length.

The bed was delivered to room of choice, but I had to unbox it, cut down the box to put in dumpster - extremely difficult for a 73 yr old senior! I would like to see Amazon offer white glove delivery. Then I see it only has side handles, no end handles like in picture on Amazon website. I spent an hour on chat - sent thru 3 reps before I got any satisfaction. I was given is discount with agreement I can't return the bed. I have to say the bed is OK. Firmer than I expected for a Plush Pillow Top, very good quality.

Not what I would call plush at all. I would call it a rock. First order got damaged so had to wait a month more. Came with hole about 4 inches sliced in the back. I had waited so long I took it. If I had know it would have been a rock hard bed I would not have taken it. Guess when you get on line you run a risk. Too hard to send back so I bought 2 mushy covers for it. Now with covers on it is great. Not what I tried in stores here. Just remember not soft. Major hardcore.

We love this bed! It’s comfortable and high quality for the price. The only complaint is the center of the bed still feels brand new, but the parts we sleep on have sunk down further than we anticipated now that we are past the break-in period.

Delivery was super fast.First night was great. Edges are softer than old school mattresses.Does not sleep hot at allFits deep pocket mattress sheetsOthers have bought the firm version. I can't imagine sleeping on a more firm mattress. This one seems great as a side sleeper.

I slept on a similar model at a major motel chain. I knew it was my new mattress because for the first time in a long time my legs didn’t hurt in the middle of the night, this was due to the cushion effect of the pillow top. Over all the mattress is firm with a soft top. May be a bit warm for some, for my needs it’s perfect.
