Pathetic!!!
'Pathetic' is the word for this product. It promises to offer range of features while in actual it is as good as a block of brick. Except for the illuminated 'exit' word nothing else works, that too only when it is connected to power, no power backup whatsoever, non functional emergency light. Product like this makes the consumers doubt on quality of ingenuously made products. Don't waste your money on this metal box.
