15 (X-wide)Best shoe a big guy could ask for
To start, I'm 6'5 and 335 lbs with a diagnosed hammer toe. I was up to 365 after my wife had a baby, and have worked my way down 30 lbs since February, albeit painfully. It came to a point where my old running shoes were hurting more than helping, so I decided to look for a new shoe to help me continue my weight loss and train towards my eventual goal of a half marathon in November. So to Google I went. After coming through countless top running shoe lists and looking for shoes that are rated to heavier runners, I came across this one. I'm not used to spending much on shoes, but with how far I had come, and the pain level my feet were in after every run, I pulled the trigger. These shoes are everything I hoped they would be and more! The cushion and support they offer has virtually eliminated any foot pain, as well as the knee pain I developed. I have noticed an immediate increase in endurance and overall comfort during my runs, and even my speed has increased! I never thought a shoe could make this much of a difference, especially for a larger guy. Most reviews for shoes are from average size guys, or at least not touching 300 lbs. It's good to know that this shoe's reputation holds up, even in the larger sizes. I couldn't be happier and plan to keep using these shoes throughout my training, hopefully during the half marathon, and well beyond that.

Best version yet
I have been running in the Adrenaline GTS model since version 6, usually putting about 400 miles on before swapping out for new (2 pairs per year on average on the roads). I am a not big / not small, about 5'11" and 188, and the GTS have been a very reliable sneaker for me over the years. I have put about 50 miles on this pair since buying them, and I think this is the best version yet. I thought the move to the "guiderails" in version 19 might have been a mistake, but in this version, which seems to be a little more stripped down than prior versions, everything just works well. I did move down a 1/2 size from prior versions, 12.5 normal width now vs. 13 normal width. You won't mistake this for a racing sneaker, but as a solid daily trainer that you can easily log miles in, it remains a go to sneaker for me.

These are are nice improvement over the 19's. I love the support they provide!
I haven't liked the Brooks adrenaline series since the 2014's, but they got it right with these 20's. If your feet tend to over pronate, and you have trouble with plantar fascia these shoes are perfect.

Flat feet with not even a little arch
Husband has flat feet. These cushion, support and are light weight. He loves these trainers so much. Wears them for walking, running and at the gym. Highly recommends to anyone with flat feet.

PERFECT for flat feet or plantar fasciitis
I do not give 5-star reviews often but these have finally set me free! I had to do tons of research before buying new walking/jogging shoes. I have had terrible flat feet since being a child and am recovering from a long year battle of plantar fasciitis. I wanted a shoe that I did not have put insoles in. I've always hated how I pay $100 for a shoe and have to rip out the insole to replace it with my own orthopedics. I have walked 200,000 steps in them so far and I have finally found a shoe I don't need insoles with!!!!Pros- Support Shoe. Most people do not realize but most running shoes (even expensive shoes) are "neutral" shoes. This means they do not have extra support. These shoes labeled as "support. Even those selling shoes at Dicks Sporting Goods got this wrong. They kept trying to convince me that the Brooks "Ghost" shoes are the same thing and they are not. The Adrenaline GTS 20 are support shoes with extra features. They have a support rail (on outside of shoe) that help keep your heal in place (very important for plantar fasciitis) so your foot lands correctly every step.- Good look and feel- The support in these shoe are next level. 95% of other high-quality shoes do not have what this does.Cons- Expensive. GREAT SCOTT! But at least you get what you pay for with these shoes.- Hard to find in stores and even on Amazon. I could not find these shoes in-store in my size (size 13). I looked at Khol's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, Famous Footwear. Brooks are hard to find in stores and even on Amazon. Even online I only had 3 colors out of 20 to choose from.

Lighter than GTS 19 and less comfort in front..
Feedback: GTS - the 19 version is my favorite. GTS 20 - its ok but not like GTS 19. It has less comfort in the front of the shoe. It is lighter which is a plus for some. For me the loosing comfort which is the # 1 reason I use brooks the last 11 years was a set back. I am returning to exchange for GTS 19. If you do want the shoe to be lighter than the GTS 19 these will be a win for you with a little less comfort in the front.

Running on clouds
1st and foremost a, I would advise anyone who is looking at these shoes to go to a running store and get fitted for a Brooks adrenaline. They run about a size larger, and are specialized for specific types of feet and running style. That being said, I use these to replace my adrenaline 19s which i got about a year ago. Personally, I'm a big fan of the guard rails and love the 5th. my 1st time running on them I did 3 miles with no problem, even cutting off 30 seconds per mile. Brooks has been a reliable brand for me, so I'll be sticking with them for a while. Plus, the price point can't be beat in any store

Light and Comfortable
I just received these today in size 9 wide. To compare, I tried on the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36 in size 9D (medium) and it fit perfectly. I have a one of the Adidas Ultraboost 20s in 9D and it's fine. However, with these, I researched and found that Brook's width in most of their shoes run more narrow, so I went with wide and it has the same fitment as Pegasus and Ultraboost 20s. So, for these,, I'd recommend going 1/2 a size up or going wide if a "D" width fits like a sock for you.Overall, They are quite comfortable and offer plenty of cushion from heel to toe. I plan on doing short distances with them, like 800m - 5000m, but are obviously built for longer distances due to the cushioning. If you plan on doing mid distance or sprint training, I would say these would be nice on your shins, ankles, and knees but aren't mean for speed training. I'll update in a few months.

Incredibly Comfortable
I used to wear Brooks Vapor running shoes but they are no longer in production so Brooks Adrenaline is new to me.After wearing them for the first time, I couldn’t wait to run again because my feet are fully supported, they are light and running feels effortless.Several months in, they are just as comfy as the first time I wore them so I haven't had to break them in at all.

Amazon sent wrong size, twice. Use Start Fitness website instead!!
These shoes are amazing, I’m onto my third or fourth pair and I love them. Great amount of cushioning, and great support for those of us who need it. Disappointed that Amazon sent the wrong size to me tho, I sent the shoes back and asked for the size I ordered to be sent to me (size 11) and yet again the replacements were the wrong size (10.5). Would highly recommend these shoes, and Start Fitness have been reliable every time I’ve gone there, also better on pricing (no affiliation, just happy customer of theirs). I only came to Amazon for colour range but won’t buy these on here again.

WRONG WIDTH SUPPLIED
I had the GTS 18 and previous versions before and bought these in the same size as a direct replacement. The design of this version feels larger/boxier around the toe and I felt like my feet moved in them more.I've actually had to put insoles in these which has helped enough, as I'd gone for a run by the time I realised, but I'd recommend not ordering these online if you haven't tried them already, or at least be prepared to return them.*UPDATE* - As a commenter below noted, I've now also realised these have been mislabelled. What I received was not medium, but EXTRA WIDE.

Good price for good quality running shoes but check width fitting
So these arrived this morning, and I was initially concerned that the fit was wide (2E) rather than medium (D) like my current Brooks Adrenaline 19s which are wearing out. Luckily the 2E fit is even better than medium width, but if you are buying I would double check which width you will be getting. I have yet to run on the new ones, but wearing around the house they feel a good size.Added: I had first run of 7k in new shoes and the fit is good. Out of curiosity I held the old and new shoes sole to sole and the 2E sole was actually 2or 3 mm less than old D width shoe!

Very poorly made sole. But comfortable
I bought these shoes for over £100 in June 2020. I have worn these when just out and about with light walking but not running or carrying out any intensive exercise (the reason is that I injured my Achilles’ tendon so has been very light walking). It is now 9th September and I’ve just noticed the start of a split of the soul - please see photos. I am amazed at this particularly for the expense of the shoe. I don’t think the shoe is up to standard and wonder if I’ve been given a sub standard pair. However, there seems no means of returning them :-(
