Cheap product, kaam chalao.. Worth the price. Very light so it's difficult tocontrol the roller. Better buy this product from a shop, always go for a heavier one. Given a choice I would have returned it, but I doubt if there is a better product available online.

Good product for increasing stimulation & circulation to the sole of the foot. People suffering from Plantar Fasciitis can definitely benefit. Initially go slow on the roller as it has sharp unfinished points. After several uses the sharp points get rounded & give a good massage to the sole of the foot.

Good product and really worth the money. You can’t get anything better.
