My cat took to drinking now since he can't claw my chair!
I'm in the process of helping out this feral cat and he's been scratching at my new recliner. I put your product on my recliner today and I think another cat might have told him about it because he's hiding behind the couch and he's very mad at me. I'm sure this will work perfect for him. I'll give an update as soon as he comes out from behind the couch. As you can tell he's already taken to drinking and he's got that look in his eyes because he's so mad at me...🤣🤣Oh, for those of you who complained that it's white and not clear, you might want to read the directions because it is clear. You just have to peel the white part off too LOL.

Works but VEEEERY adhesive
This tape does work to deter my cat but the tape is VERY sticky. As in if my cat fully jumped on it, I’m not sure if he could get off on his own. And the adhesiveness makes it SO HARD to take off. I haven’t tried taking it off of fabric yet but it sticks like glue to hard surfaces. I cracked my record player cover trying to get it off of there and the stove top lifts as I pull it off of there. I am almost afraid to pull it off my tapestry for fear of the tapestry coming off with it 😬

Satisfied
Got these for our new couches to protect from my dogs peeing on them since dogs tend to Mark their territory on new things. The stickers are large, easy to put on, a little on the thin side, only down side, they have adhesive on both side I guess since they are made for cats, I just rubbed the outside with water, took some of stickiness away. Also did a test with a small piece of sticker on a small section of the couch by sticking it on then taking it off a few days later to make sure it didn’t damage the material on the couch, so far so good.

These ruined my couch when removing!
These adhered great and deterred the cat from scratching. Unfortunately, I have a new baby kitten and when he touched it the adhesive was so strong it stuck to his hair so I removed the product. The problem came in when I removed the product. This had adhered so strongly to my couch that it pulled the fabric off of the couch when I removed it and I now have imprints in every place that I had put these. My couch is ruined! This is meant to protect your couch but instead, it left much worse than what the cat could have ever done!. They were only on for one night and it was as if they were cemented on. I tried to take pictures but was unable to show the full extent of the markings. You will notice I was able to get a good one of a piece of the protector to show how it pulled little tufts of fabric off the couch. I called Amazon Customer service and they gave me a full refund but that still does not fix my couch :(

No more cat scratch fever
My kittens are still learning that while fun the furniture is not for scratching. This has made the learning curve quicker for them and easier for me.I like that you can cut it to size and it goes anywhere. My one kitten has found out it can pull the tape off by biting it but overall effective.

Stay tuned!
I’ve only had these in place for 2 weeks. The furniture with them on, cat doesn’t scratch. The furniture in the house without them, fair game. Going give more time to evaluate, only concern is once removed, will furniture then become sticky and catch all the animals hair? Stay tuned!

Does what its supposed to!
Yes it works! he doesnt bite the couch any more! but the 3mo old menace devil likes licking and batting at it... 😅 he also likes attacking the tag that sticks out so its probably best to cut it off. i read one review talking about lightly spritzing the area of attachment and it worked for when i had to reattach the material. easy removal! i would've given 5 stars but my little beast is still attracted to the couch!UpdateAfter 2 months he resorted to licking and biting it. im not sure if hes a special case, regardless, it seems he got used to it!

Does the job I expected.
Purchased for a side of my new couch that my cat was scratching, but now is these are covering most of the outside of my couch. Happy that it’s a clear material and is not so bad looking. Negatives: There is a small paper piece on the corner of each strip which is intended to be used as a guide to begin pealing, this did not come off leaving a white noticeable tab on each strip. Also, I can’t keep my kids from wanting to stick and unstick from the adhesive (although this is no fault of the seller or product).
