Overview Was in a market for buying a coffee tea urn that I could use when I had a guest at home and also to use it at Small business gatherings. Church groups and such. With 30 cups it's perfect. Quick andel easy to clean.Quality There is nothing extraordinary or anything about it it's a well built and it works the pour sprout is plastic anso is the lid on top. The outside is a polished aluminum.Operation How it works- water warms in a small chamber and then gets pushed up into a basket thru a metal central stack pipe it falls down on the tea leaves or coffee grinder below and the coffee then drips the aroma and flavor and color down like rain gently below this happens untill all of the water is cycled thru and everything is perfectly steamy warm.Once it's done there is an Orange / Amber light that lights up letting you know your tea or coffee is ready.Price price is fair it's under it's not fancy or super shiney.Final thoughts: Definitely happy with this purchase it offers just the right capacity that good for parties and guests. Is Quick to purculate and keeps liquid steaming warm.
