Bought the set in September and in a few months the black cartridges started to streak. I replaced one with the other black cartridge and in a few days that leaked too.(update on 2/3/2023): Their customer service reached out to see how to help address my inconvenience and we worked out a solution so updating the rating from 1 to 4.

I had ordered a 5-pack of toner cartridges. When I installed them yellow and magenta left streaks on my prints. Black and cyan were perfect. I called the seller's customer service number and they immediately replaced the faulty product, one-day shipping. This level of service exceeded my expectations and the replacement cartridges work well.

Almost as good as HP at a fraction of the price. I did have a problem with one cartridge going bad. I called them and they shipped out a replacement and and extra as a thank you. When you buy third party ink you always wonder if it will work and will you spend more money getting replacement. They stood behind their product and I lost no time. I am saving this vendor for next time.

First time I chose to use an toner cartridge other than an HP cartridge. Hoping to save some money since I'm working form home most of the time.GOOD - If you're simply printing for your own personal use these cartridges hit the mark!BAD - If you're needed to produce quality print jobs, without any streaking or bleeding I'd keep my distance.Three of the four cartridges seem to work fine. However, the yellow cartridge seems to bleed on to the pages and the edges of the paper. In addition, the yellow cartridge doesn't appear to print evenly on the page. In addition, there is a clicking noise when these cartridges are installed and the printer is operating. I have not identified the problem, but have not experienced any jams or anything like that. The noise is annoying and hope that it is a cartridge issue and hopefully not damaging the printer.Bottom line, don't know if I'd buy these again. If I do, I will definitely have a set of HP OEM cartridges on hand to use for the more professional documents that I need to print and distribute outside of my home.

I like the renewed life my printer got after installing these cartridges. The printing is back to like it was when new.

UPDATE 12/27/2020 Do not buy this toner!! It worked for a short time but print was very pale. After ten or fifteen copies my printer said it was non hp toner and will not print at all! Don’t waste your money, you will need it to buy the hp toner~$300In my opinion this is probably 70% as good as HP toner. For my application, basic printing of misc. documents for home and office, this is an acceptable and affordable option. I don’t think the same crispness is there, even when I adjust the saturation, contrast, etc., however it is fine for me and the price is great.

When it was time to restock on toner this 5-pack seemed a no-brainer since it comes with an extra black cartridge! The product is otherwise the same as the 4-pack, which is to say it installed easily into my HP color laser printer and gave good print quality starting on the first page. I can’t tell the difference from the OEM cartridges.My wife prints documents and images often for her job and she’s completely satisfied with this product. I will look to this again the next time I need to buy toner.

Great price for all 5 toners.June 13, 2022 updated - After a year of usage. I still have 20% of black, 60% of Cyan, 70% of Magenta, 70% of Yellow left. (Not a heavy user). Recently I found out all my printings are missing/lack of yellow color on them. When print a test page it looked find with yellow. I opened up the cartridge drawer, I found out the yellow ink has a small leak. Some yellow ink powder spilled inside the printer and on other ink cartridges have some yellow ink on the ink roller.I heard the toner has 2 years warranty. Does the warranty cover the leaky toner?
