Can i use this to make T-top sunshades

How does it mold to fit a shape? I need a cast of my horse’s back. Would it mold to it and remove easily and harden?

Can it be stapled or would it be too brittle and crack?

Can this be cut to size? I need a pice 40" x 16.75". And if so, what is best tool to use to make the cut?
