*Nov 2016 updated* BETTER than expected
*November 2016* Back to 5 stars! NO MORE STAINS!!! See comments below. Manufacturer advised to soak cup in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 7-8 hours to remove staining. Did it last night and Voila!! Came out like brand new except where the cup was resting against the glass (See attached images!). All I did was put 3% Hydrogen peroxide in a glass, Placed my cup in it overnight and let it soak, and it came out perfect in the morning. Thanks for the tip!*October 2016* Just about the same review as August, It's been great since I cut the stem off. I will say with each months use it's discolored to the point that you can't tell it's even a purple / pink color anymore, it's more of a brown now, so that's my only complaint is that the color doesn't seem to hold...Other than that it's been great! Love the product!*August 2016* month #4 of use, I'll leave as a 4 star product, because it does as promised. So after cutting the stem off, this thing has been PERFECT. I even ran with it this month, a couple of times and had no issues. I couldn't feel it, I couldn't tell it was in there. I will say, it's gotten VERY discolored, very quickly. I'm not sure how / why? I clean as directed after each use & boil it as instructed (See photos I've included); that's my only complaint, and the discoloration is getting worse each month & quite frankly makes the cup look filthy, even though it's been properly cleaned and sterilized.*July 2016, month #3 of use* If you want a short review, read first paragraph only. I changed from a 5 start to a 4 star review this month, After 3 months of use, and proper cleaning (according to direction) place in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, mine still has a weird, tint / scarring on it. Not really sure how to describe it, but if you've had one for a few months, you probably know what I'm talking about, Also, the suction holes at the top, get gunky (yes that's my technical term for it), and are EXTREMELY difficult to clean the gunk out. As far as use, this month, after hesitation, I decided to cut the little tip off the bottom of this thing and I will say, it's been a lifesaver! I trimmed it up to the base, I hadn't had any trouble previously "finding" my cup, so I just figured cutting the little tip off would probably make it more comfortable for me, and it made a huge difference, especially having a low cervix for most of my cycle, I'm guessing the discomfort I previously had was with feeling the tip low in the vagina canal and even the entrance.I have worn this my entire cycle this month, with the exception of running, I haven't chanced it yet with a run due to my review from June (See below). I did have one leak this month overnight, to be expected for a 12+ hour wear. Other than that (which was also my heavy flow day); no leaks at all. I have managed to get the cup in properly and then get the top around my cervix as well which allowed me to put the cup further in for added comfort, and had no discomfort with my cervix sitting inside the top of the cup, or with getting a proper seal. I will say though, it has been quite nice to not worry about TSS, or leaking with 10-12 hours of wear & being able to do everything I normally do without concern for do I have a tampon with me? Also, I will mention my Ob/Gyn has said to me in the past to not use any form of a cup with an IUD. I have the paraguard IUD & use this cup with NO problems. I think as long as you're comfortable locating your cervix, your strings, ENSURE you break the seal completely before removal, you should be a-okay. ***Per usual, I'll add another update next month after month #4. Hopefully these extended reviews help SOMEONE. Also, Seems silly this youtube lady (...) does a ton of videos on cups & all the different kinds, insertion, removal, etc. Yeah, she's like 15 but she's been quite informational for me.*June 2016* month #2 of use. I've found I have a very low cervix at some points in my cycle, so I was unable to wear during a couple of days... Also, went for a run (not a marathon runner) just a nice run (1.5miles) and found about 1/2 way I needed to turn back because the cup was literally coming out of me (no kids, etc). I still love it. This month my cycle was 2 days shorter than it has been previously. Will update Again next month. I'd say if you have a LOW CERVIX this isn't for you.*May 2016, Initial Review*So far this has been Amazing! Easy to put in, after a few tries (first time user), comfortable! Put it in around dinner & was completely fine all night! it was AMAZING! Stays put so far, comfortable! Was quite skeptical at first. I'm a 20 something lady no kiddos & of average height & weight and I can't feel it.

I’d like to start my review by saying that there is ...
I’d like to start my review by saying that there is absolutely no excuse for someone not to use or at least to try a menstrual cup, unless one has some medical condition that would not allow one to use a cup. If you can use a tampon, you can definitely use a cup. Cups may not save you a ton of money short term, especially if you buy several to try, but they are a lot more sustainable long term, a lot more convenient, and a lot more hygienic - even after 24 hours with a cup I would not have a fraction of the smell I would get after a couple of hours with a tampon.Since a lot has already been said about cups and how to use them, I’ll just share my impressions from comparing my first Diva cup with my Luna cup.I am over 30, never had children, I have a pretty short cervix and my flow is moderate on the heaviest days. I’ve used both small size Diva cup and small size Luna cup (with stems cut off), and even on my heaviest days I can go for 12-16 hours without replacing the cup, though it will get pretty full by then.Luna cup pros:Luna cup is shorter, which works better for me, since I have a short cervix, it’s more comfortable.Luna cup is made from softer silicone, which makes it more comfortable too. I didn’t realize it made a difference for comfort until I tried it. I didn’t really have a problem with my Diva cup, but it would press a little on my bladder and urinary tract, and when I had No.1, especially in the morning, my flow would be constricted. I could feel it when I had No.2 as well, which was not very comfortable. I used to have the same issue with tampons, and I thought that any tampons or cups would have that side-effect. Yet, I didn’t have that problem with a Luna cup.Luna cup seals better, which I think is also due to softer silicone. I would always get quite a bit of leakage on my heaviest days with Diva cup, even when it was perfectly in place and the cup was nowhere near full. I didn’t get any leakage with Luna cup even when it felt like I did.Luna cup has larger holes under the rim, which makes it much easier to clean without having to use a needle or some other sharp tools.I like the name better lol. There is something about the name “Diva” in this context that just rubs me the wrong way lol.Cons:Pros, like softer silicone and shorter size, are also cons. I find it more difficult to insert, because it doesn’t snap open as easily as Diva cup does, so it takes a bit more manipulating to get it unfold and seal properly, and it’s more difficult to grab it and pull it out. Since I am used to Diva cup and I’ve only used my Luna cup for one cycle, I am sure I’ll get used to that and wouldn’t have a problem in the future. Every cup takes a bit of learning and getting used to.Overall, I am quite pleased with this cup and will retire my Diva cup now. You definitely need to try more than one cup to see which one fits you better, but even if you only try one, like I did with my Diva cup at first (I think I may have used it for a couple of years), the cup will still do the job, even if it’s not the best fit for you. I would take the most uncomfortable cup over tampons or pads any day. I used to remember that I am having a period for as long as I was using tampons or pads. Now I only remember that I am having a period on my first day when I have cramps (btw, using different cups didn’t make any impact on my cramps), on lighter days I have to remind myself to empty and clean the cup every 12-16 hours, because it’s very easy to completely forget about it.Updated it to 5 stars. Before the end of my first cycle, it's become easy enough to use, so that it seems as easy or even easier as Diva cup to insert and take out.

Not the same quality
I was hoping it would be the same quality as the one I ordered 2018 but it isn’t. The cup constantly leeks and is hard to put at the right spot. I will see how things go the next 3 months as this is not doing it for me.

A bit soft, but overall a good menstrual cup....
Delivery was quick, they missed me but came back the same day to re-deliver my package. The product itself isn't bad for the price. This is my second menstrual cup, my first was the Lunette. I loved my Lunette, it was my helpful companion for almost a year until one day it fell off my bathroom counter and landed in my bedroom, and the dog got a hold of it, Ew! Gross! Anyways, at the time I couldn't afford another $40 menstrual cup so I read the reviews on this and other "cheaper" menstrual cups, and this was the only one with reviews that didn't scare me. Although I couldn't find a website for this particular cup, I decided to try it. I noticed when I opened the package this was softer than the Lunette, I was concerned it may not work.I have been wearing it for 2 days, and I've had one little leak but nothing to be mad about, I wear panty liners and my flow is lighter, and I check mine every 6 hours. The instructions for both cups suggest that after you insert it, you rotate the cup 360 degrees inside to make sure it is sealed around your cervix, with the Luna cup, it is so soft it is hard to turn it without squeezing it. Also upon inserting it's softness makes it hard to open up , I have to work harder to get it up there and secure. but because I have used a menstrual cup before I know what to do. I will keep it as a back up, but I will be purchasing my Lunette again, just because the silicone is a little firmer, but that is my personal preference. This is not a bad product but I think spending a little more money is worth it in the long run. I took one star off simply because it is too soft for me.

This is a win win product in every way. Totally recommend it.
This is the best decision I’ve ever made. I would absolutely recommend this cup for the comfort, convenience and freedom it provides. What's more it's not only easy on your pocket (in the long run) but good for your skin and the environment!
