Cannot fault this so far. Nice and straight forward and the picture is good quality. Monitor is a great size, doesn't need to be any bigger. Does what it needs to do.

Brilliant baby monitor. It uses radio and not Wi-Fi which is great as I feel more secure this way. Good range. Baby can sleep upstairs and I can monitor from down stairs. The functions are easy to use although I’ve not used all of them yet.

We had an older model of the Hello Baby for the last three and a half years until it finally clapped our the other day. So we replaced it with this one. On the whole it's no better or worse than the previous model. The screen is bigger but you have to have the camera further away from the cot to get a full image, which isn't always practical in a small room. The sound quality is much better, so not as harsh sounding when Baby starts crying but you still hear it. I really struggled with the previous monitor during the night as the display was so bright. Despite being able to dim it, it was still blinding in a dark room. This one is much better in that respect. My main issue with it is the thermometer is inaccurate, reading a good 3 degrees warmer than the room actually is. A decent little monitor for the price though.

Further edit to the below**After speaking to the after sales team, they have been so helpful in making this situation better, we have been sent 2 second hand working cameras to complete the set up we needed as we needed them asap. They were very apologetic these are not available in uk and I have changed the stars to reflect how they have rectified the situation.We have had angle care n all sorts! This is far better!Edit.. I have to slightly change my review here, the camera is great for what we needed at the time, but now we need extra cameras you cannot get these unless in the US. This is a major issue for me as the whole point was further down the line you can add more cameras. So fine if you only need the one, but not so great in UK if you want multiple.This is now not fit for purpose as my girl is in a bigger room and no matter what position in the room can’t get a good angle to see most of the room 😩 will have to buy another one or go somewhere else now

Pros:- reasonable quality picture, given its a small device.- easy to use- vox (I.e. sound activation) works well and you can alter the sensitivity.- the rotation of the camera is also good and easy to use.Cons:- the Picture quality isn’t as good as other brands but that’s probably because the Device is small. It’s definitely sufficient for use.- maybe the lullabies are a bit “tinny”I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Excellent value for money. The picture is really clear especially the night vision. And the extra large screen is brilliant. The added features of displaying the room temperature and playing different songs is also great. The only downside is that the battery life of the parent unit is not very long but it doesn't take long to fully charge so is not really a problem

We purchased the item in advance of need the monitor and it remained in the box unopened for several months until our son was ready to sleep in his own room. Once the milestone was reached we opened the unit and set it up it worked fine for a couple of weeks then we noticed the parent unit wasn’t charging and subsequently wasn’t working.We contacted customer services which took 24hrs to receive a replay to be meet with question that again took 24-48hrs to receive a reply this took a week to be told they would ship a new unit. We waited a week then emailed for update they said issue with shipping and would send a new unit. We waited 2 weeks and still unit didn’t arrive we have sent several subsequent emails asking for a response and we still don’t have one the whole exchange has taken over a month and we are left with no baby monitor.Poor quality product even worse customer service avoid and buy from a reputable brand even if it’s more expensive as we now have to and have lost the money from the purchase of this unit

Bought one of these 5 years ago an still going strong. Bought another for new arrival and it had a slight issue after 9 months but they replaced it without any hassle. Great company and great service, brilliant baby monitor and excellent price, would highly recommend

Great camera at a great price. Nice clear picture. I had a more expensive one that stopped working. This is perfect for anytime use. Would highly recommend!!!!

Rapide qualité/prix imbattable. Nous en avions un babymoov qui n'a pas survécu longtemps (d'abord la batterie, puis le câble d'alimentation puis l'embout d'alimentation...) qui avait une moins bonne vision nocturne alors qu'il était au double du prix.Bémol: une batterie pour la caméra serait quand même la bienvenue et permettrait une utilisation en dehors du domicile.

Verkar vara olika mjukvara på den här (beige) och den svartvita (har en av varje). Upplever att det är kortare räckvidd och lite mer störningar på denna.

Estamos encantados con el monitor. La calidad del video de noche es buenísima aunque se ve en blanco y negro. Llega bastante lejos la señal y la batería dura muchísimo. Una pega sería q podría poner la hora en el monitor, pero por decir algo.
