Not quite right... great concept and thought but lacked in some execution
Two of them can’t stand up and one was broken. I cut my finger on the sharp part of it. Some have bright green instead of black paint on the faces and the difference is noticeable. I wouldn’t have minded if they had all been a little more uniform in color. One doesn’t even look like a kodama: it’s a happy face that more closely resembles an emoji than a forest spirit. They have a bit of an uneven finish on them, and the materials make it feel like a fragile rock. I guess it suits their design, but I feel like a sigh of air could knock them over and break them.

Nope
They don't glow in the dark. My guess is that they're so old the material is simply plastic at this point. Don't bother unless you're okay with that. Also most of the pieces are unstable and would need to be partially buried in order to be upright, and they're much too small for that.

Packaging could use improvement
Very cute and for a great price. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of them came with a broken leg. Packaging could use improvement. The products came in a larger plastic bag and each tree spirit was in a smaller bag. It came in a box with a few other things I ordered none of which were very heavy. This could have been avoided if they had bubble wrapped the product. Unless it was already broken when shipped.

I love these little guys!
I love these little guys! They look adorable in my flower pots! I'm a bit disappointed with how little they glow at night - not that bright. Most of them aren't able to stand up on their own and have to be pushed down into the soil a bit for stability. 7 out of 10 would purchase again. It's always a pleasant surprise to my neighbors when they walk by my plants at night - haha. We used them while playing a round of Kings Cup during the little man rule - everyone loved having a little mascot during the game!! One of them was dropped and its head popped off but it is simple enough to fix with some superglue.

Adorable Trinkets
Absolutely love Princess Mononoke and the kotodamas, hence the reason for my purchase. Those that are sitting are perfect for window sills/desks. However, the standing ones are too top heavy for the tiny feet. They definitely need to be glued down or have a base of some kind. Thankfully, there were only three standing ones in the pack, so I just lean them against my window sill. One of the standing ones also came broken [bottom of leg snapped off in transit], but easily reparable with super glue.EDIT: They've been sitting on my window sill soaking up the sun since my purchase and do NOT glow in the dark. Bit bummed out by that.

Cute but fragile
I’ve loved kodama since I first saw Princess Mononoke and wanted to get these for a while now so they could live amongst my plants and protect them. They were individually wrapped in plastic and came in a plastic baggie. Most of the eyes were painted okay but one or two were a bit off. Also apears that one shook his head a little too hard during his journey here - it literally fell off his body!

Pretty Good
These are cute and I do like them. However, the packaging could be better. One of mine arrived broken in half. Not all of them stand on their own without support. Not top quality, but pretty good. Minor improvements could make them better.

Not worth the money...awful items
Very disappointed the items were really tiny and 3 of them were broken.... when I put them in my plant pots they disappeared in the dirt and they do not glow in the dark as they are suppose to...
