I purchased these and was a little nervous based on the reviews but I finally tried it last night. Today is day one woke up down 2 lbs from yesterday.I swallow a small piece almost a sunflower seed size, after a while I started feeling tingling in my stomach, thighs and arms (fat areas 🙄) after feeling that for about 10 minutes, it was over. When I woke up this morning my body was stiff. Not so much sore (like workout sore) but just a slight stiffness. Also there was lump in throat (nausea). It wasn’t overbearing but drinking water and brushing teeth was done easily to prevent vomit. That nausea stayed for about 3 hours. I worked out but could not eat breakfast. I ate an orange and it helped the nausea 100%!! (Highly recommend having oranges,cuties,halos whatever you see fit on hand) will update after 5 days as some reviews stated feeing different on day 4-5.

I was really excited to use this product for two main reasons. One because i heard it real helps to lose weight and the other well it helps to use the bathroom. I have thyroid so I struggle with using the bathroom. I was hoping this would better my metabolism. I consider my self some who eats as I should. I drink lots of water and try to maintain a healthy diet. Sure I’ll maybe a sweet here and there like a normal person would. I’ve been taking this product for the past week and I have not felt any different as the reviews have mentioned. I’ve including tried taking it in the morning just in case but there’s nothing. I’m not sure if this is even authentic for the prize it is even sold.

This product really works. It detoxes your body and flushing you out. Ive lost a few pounds the first week and i feel less bloated and stomach is flatter. I feel great!
