My husband uses these all the time for lunch meat, and his cheese. And he loves them I do to because they keep it fresher longer. It doesn’t get as slimy as fast as if we don’t use them.

I ran out of the roll type bags . I found a few of this type in the bottom of the box so i used them to seal some steaks. I actually think it gave a better vacuum. Used the bags i just received and i am pleased with the results.

Easy to use. Can reuse on most things. Love that my cookies and brownies are fresh as the day I made them. Great for holiday baking ahead!!

I use these to freeze produce from my garden. And when I buy meat in bulk I can divide the meat to sizes we can use. You need the hand pump with this, but it is easy and efficient for me to use.

I have both the countertop and handheld FoodSaver systems. The handheld, which uses these and the larger 1-gallon bags, are my “go to” for everyday use. They really work well for items that may need to be opened a lot, such as cheese.The bags are easy to wash with dish soap and hot water. I then turn them inside out and hang to dry overnight.My only complaint is about the valve (pictured) where the air is vacuumed out. The adhesive is hit and miss on how long it lasts, and it often comes off without me noticing until I go to re-use the bag. I have had some luck glueing them back on as long as you don’t cover the center hole.It would be nice if they used a stronger adhesive or included an extra sheet of these valves to extend the life of an otherwise viable bag.

I love this product. I only use it for meat. To save the bags for at least one re-use I never put food in the bag until I've1) labeled and dated the bag with whatever is in it;2) tightly wrap the meat in a produce bag and make sure all air is out so the produce bag adheres to the food. Then I tied off the bag3) Finally, I place the meat in the produce bag into the Fresh Saver bag and seal it using the machine.4) Sometimes the sealing ring might leak a little air over time. I've beaten that issue by adhering a small piece of fly paper (not used - lol) on the ringhole, leaving the other side with paper intact. Works wonderfully.

I use my Foodsaver machine all the time. I buy in bulk and use my freezer. The only frustration I have is that I can't leave it on my counter (space limited) so when I use it I have to pull out the machine and cut bags. Well, I just discovered these bags so thought I would give them a try. My daughter also told me about the small Foodsaver vac that works with these very well, no need to pull out the big machine and bags for a quick one time use. These work great, especially for things with liquid in them. I use the small handheld Foodsaver cordless vac machine and a bag and done in a couple of minutes. The bags are a little pricy but worth the convenience when doing leftovers.
